Review of Linley & Simpson

Linley and Simpson (Beverley)

(Linley and Simpson Beverley branch) I rented the property 2 years ago and received it in a bad state but at a discounted rate for the size and location of the property due to the state of the extremely poor filthy condition. This included dog urine stains on the carpets, a filthy greasy kitchen which needed professionally deep cleaning, and half painted walls to name just a few. Since moving in I have raised a number of issues with the agent including a shower that was defective, but every time I raised an issue I just got fobbed off. Ia ? ?ve recently ended my tenancy with Linley and Simpson and left the property in a much better cleaner state then when I received it. Ia ? ?ve just received an email from the letting agency informing me that a number of issues need rectifying at my expense! Issues that dona ? ?t exist all to keep all or part of my deposit! The property has been fully decorated and updated during my tenancy by myself and at my own expense including a full professional deep clean and having the carpets professionally cleaned.The customer service of the staff at the Beverley branch (not all of them) but more than one is extremely unprofessional! Before signing for your tenancy they seem welcoming and make you feel at ease, but as soon as you sign for the property they really arena ? ?t interested in any issue or concern you may have! I wouldna ? ?t recommend Linley and Simpson to my worst enemy and after reading many reviews it looks as though this is standard practice for this fraudulent company! I wish Ia ? ?d have done my research before hand and found a more reputable professional letting agency.

Review of Ticketmaster UK

Resale of tickets -long delays in payment

So its the first time I resold my tickets via ticketmaster. Unfortunately due to illness I couldn't attend a gig, so I thought I would use the offical channels to resale at a vastly reduced price as the gif wasn't sold out and I just wanted some money back. Anyway I set everything up and the tickets sold really quickly. Then I waited and waited and waited. I chase up the payment, but apparently you have to wait 17 working days! Why I don't know as these type of payments are instant. Anyway after chasing and chasing I was told a manual payment has been processed - why manual when everything is automated and I now have to wait a further 10 days! 27 days for money to be paid I to my account, what a joke. No wonder people sell via other channels

Better recently took over management of...

Better recently took over management of most gyms formerly ran by GoGateshead. They actively promote using their app which you can use to book classes and scan a qr code for access. While you can still get a physical card, you have to go to the front desk to be let into the gym. Previously with GoGateshead, you just got a member card which you swiped to let yourself in. I don't understand why the old card entry system was removed in place of an app, but I suspect Better use it to collect data on users- even if not it seems unnecessary to remove the old system of card swiping which should have been kept in my opinion.Better also seemed preoccupied with plastering information boards all over the gyms about how they're such an amazing company, but gave the staff minimal training on how to use their systems, resulting in a fairly bumpy transition between management. The gyms themselves seem to be running just the same so far with some work being undertaken to improve the facilities going forward but I'm not a fan of these app-related upgrades which just seem like fancy tech for tech's sake rather than meaningful improvements to the gyms' infrastructure. To be clear, I have zero issue with the gyms themselves or the staff who work there (it seems like they were given very little support), it's Better and their practices as a company who give me a bad impression.

Just wanted to leave a quick review and thanks for the great customer support I received earlier from Paula. I am a regular customer of Supreme CBD products and have been very happy with the results they personally give me. Today I ordered a strong 24000mg oil, following recommendation and advice for an issue that my son is having, and Paula assured me he will receive it next day delivery. Fingers crossed the oil will help him. Thank you again Paula and Supreme CBD!Edit: Thoroughly disappointed with DPD couriers. They changed delivery time THREE times throughout the day today informing me by text, but didn'???t actually deliver order to my son. The entrance to my son'???s house has a clearly obvious and manned security gate/concierge where all deliveries are left. DPD have been informed of this but confirm next attempted delivery will not be until Monday - 3 days!! Useless!

Oplichters!!! Mijn vlucht was 15 min voor vertrek geannuleerd. Meerdere medewerkers hebben mij gezegd dat alle extra gemaakte kosten die ik moet maken door hun, zij zullen terug betalen. Doen ze niet!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ik was een jarenlange loyale klant maar ryanair is niet oprecht en puur oplichterij. Aan deze reviews te zien ben ik niet de enige. Wie houdt ze aansprakelijk? Wanneer stopt het? Ik wil mijn geld terug!!!!

Scam alert. So I paid through Paypal to get one course which i think was like 10 USD. Only to find out that they charged my credit card through PayPal for like 200 USD subscription that I never wanted or agreed to. Seriously?! This is a scam and very desperate way to collect money. Shame! I will never go back to Domestika!

UR are trying to fix issues

*edit*Phone was graded less than expected. Spoke to customer services who rectified the problem and paid out the website quoted price. Payment has now been recieved.I have been cautious reading the reviews, spoke to Lucy in customer services who was brilliant and forward leaning and has rectified the issue.My understanding is its new ownership and the team are looking to improve the experience.Whilst i can agree with previous negative reviews. The fact they are listening and actioning problems goes a long way and perhaps to be a bit more paitent (i havnt been) with the process.Thanks for sorting and paying out promplty and have amended to a 4 star as i cant argue with being paid what i was quoted depsite the mistake on the system offering me much lower.

Ellesmere Lodge, Brackley.

I’ve just completed two days at Ellesmere Lodge, Brackley, servicing the cylinders installed in the apartments on behalf of the manufacturer, Gledhill. Kellie (Lodge Manager) was so accommodating and made life so easy for myself and my colleagues. We were able to move around the building freely, approach her at any time if we had any issues and assisted us with a list of the properties that were occupied so we we’re able to crack straight on. Kellie also made the kitchen facilities in the lounge available to us and explained where all the fire exits were etc. It was a pleasure to work with her for the last two days and I know that when we have to reattend in the future it’ll be a breeze. Also a mention to Tilly one of the cleaners, the empty apartments were spotless and both of them just made my working day a delight.
