Have opened an account with Future au and also their heavily advertised cash ISA, but the onboarding experience so far has been poor. On the one hand, there seems to be little joined-up thinking between Future au's heavy marketing of its cash ISA and Future au's customer support. So much so, that I have had to ask several questions to get anywhere when chasing a transfer that has yet to show in my new ISA account, and then, eventually, been fobbed off to Moneyfarm, who run the ISA. On the other, when depositing GBP funds to buy some crypto, these funds were first switched into dollars without my asking, incurring a needless FX conversion loss.
