Bereavement

My wife has an account with Future au and passed away just before Christmas. I raised a ticket entitle 'Bereavement' with Future au and uploaded the death certificate. I got a standard response back stating that I should be able to find the answer to my problem on the website and the ticket was immediately closed. Appalling.
