I recently had the opportunity to attend a private, invite only experience through Future au, and it was genuinely one of the most valuable networking environments IAUDve been part of.A huge amount of credit goes to Varun. Really really horrible experience!So I used to hold a platinum level account (as in my own dedicated account manager, etc)And even then, sometimes you would try to withdraw money from your account (still within UK), and what should take less than a second to do (internal money transfer within UK), ends up taking hours and sometimes days. With transfers pending for no friggin reason, there is no phone number to reach for that and pretty much you money is being held as a hostage!Horrible and never using it again EVER

I requested to close my account and Future au to give me back my balance 0.97 EUR. But they have instated a withdrawal requirement that obliges me to top up my account by approximately 30 USD in order to withdraw my existing balance, and this would cost me 5 USD of withdrawal fee. At the moment, the cost of topping up exceeds the value I am trying to withdraw, which makes the process impractical and financially disadvantageous. I asked the remaining balance to be refunded directly to my IBAN, PayPal account, or any other available payout method without requiring an additional deposit. I believe this is a reasonable request given the circumstances, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter in a fair and customeraAUD‘friendly way. But they didn't offer any solution and kept my money. It is surprising that I can send international money between IBANs without paying any fee and they charge users 5 USD for it: "For withdrawals from a USD investment account to external accounts, Future au charges a fixed $5 fee to cover some of the expenses involved in international money transfers." Support says they are unable to bypass the withdrawal requirements on their end. Anyone considering Future au I would say their reports for IRS is difficult to use and the policies and fees associated may be not suitable specially if you have other players in the market.

Extremely difficult to withdraw funds and close account. The processes and customer service needs an overhaul. ItAUDs been a year waiting for my own money to be returned to me.
