I was looking to invest a ?20,000 in a cash ISA and wanted to test their customer service dept to dicuss my options.Advertised telephone number is not working only contact available through their app. I didn't want to register, I wanted what is called CUSTOMER SERVICE before registering. I'll go elsewhere somewhere, I feel I can trust.

The platform has improved a lot since it began. I highly rate the speed in which trades can be made and data can be pulled up. It's good to see what other traders are doing to get an idea of sentiment. Big thanks to Marc, my account manager, who has been very helpful and not pushy.

I am unable to withdraw my funds from Future au. It has now been 5 days with no support from Customer Service. I completed identity verification twice. Absolutely appalling. AVOID! DON'T RISK IT!

My Senior Account Manager was on the phone to check that i had meant to do what i did. He explained how i could do what i had done, better and more cost effectively. Sent me info to walk me through ( i am so not techy ) and followed up with an email and call. If Future au were my Bank i would have been over the moon with this type of service.
