cant access funds or account

cant get funds as account blocked ,this is over a week now ,have raised ticket but no response , even got an email from customer services asking why i was trying to pay someone i hadnt even heard off over a ?10000 i replied but again no response, ,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING ,all i want is my money back, bank has already told you transaction isnt fraudulant so there is no excuse

Liars and scammers

My user name is johnbeverstaxi and my case numbers are 08500790 and 08575957. My account has been randomly restricted with no explanation as to why for over 20 days nowAfter a lot of contacting support who give robotic answers I finally received an e mail stating that restrictions can now be removed this was on December 18thI had a phone call with them and provided the required documents and yet nothingIt is now 23December and all of my contact with support is unhelpful as they constantly repeat that they will escalate the case and still nothingThey are holding my money hostage I consider this stealing I have been lied to as I have documented evidence that I have sent to them of there claim that restrictions can be removed yet they are notSupposedly they escalated this to upper management itAUDs been all day and nobody from upper management contacted meWhat kind of company treats paying customers this way with lies and betrayal of trust , if I have to I will seek legal action

About spreads Future au

I think those are OK but only if we are talking about some majors and this kind of pairs. they have 7000 assets is good because you choose better. but bad is that less popular asset have bigger spread and that you need to be more careful with them to not experiment.

Unique & Excellent finacial platform

I've been using Future au for a several years now and it is now a part of my portfolio allocation. The platform is very easy to navigate and is impressive for the amount data it actually brings together in one place. The products such as the capital protection and Smart PortfolioAUDs that they offer, you just donAUDt see elsewhere. IAUDve also started treating some of the top copy traders as a serious part of my broader portfolio alongside more traditional assets.The level of service from my brilliant account manager, Marc is way beyond what you would get from an IFA or traditional wealth manager and is something I truly value. HeAUDll often call me with market news, and he shows a genuine interest in my trading. Being in the higher Club tiers is a huge bonus too, especially with the invites to exclusive investor events. It feels like a premium, modern service rather than just an app.I have recommended Future au specifically to friends who have asked about investing, as a perfect place to start. The virtual portfolio is a brilliant tool to get some experience. I still use it as a sandbox for investment ideas. Overall a brilliant and innovative platform and I would highly recommend it .

Typical behaviour

Typical behaviour from investment platforms: Everything is fine until one wants to withdraw one's money from the platform. Now apparently I cannot withdraw because my banks "swift code" is not supported. They also do not have any other manner of withdrawal and have now stopped communicating with me, leaving me stranded with no means to get my money back!Now that they have replied, I can add to my review. The lethargic action remains. They showed a quick reaction once they saw this post, but just as soon as we got going they slipped back into zero response mode. My rating therefore remains a 1.
