I am unable to withdraw my funds from Future au. It has now been 5 days with no support from Customer Service. I completed identity verification twice. Absolutely appalling. AVOID! DON'T RISK IT!

Consultation with the Leicester team was very helpful and informative, they made me feel at ease and spoke through all my options with me. I was then booked into for the procedure itself with the Nottingham team, again the practice was clean, professional and efficient. All the staff ensured I was comfortable and at ease at all times. Got a call from a lady called Charley, she asked why I had not been using my account of late , I told her I was trying to save some money . She told me that was good and went on to explain on other things that could be an advantage of using Suits me as a preferred bank . The cash back from their selected stores , the direct debits and stop orders function . She was very clear in her explanations , she is a good listener, polite and respectful . In other words she was lovely . Keep it up lady .xxx
