Really really horrible experience!

Really really horrible experience!So I used to hold a platinum level account (as in my own dedicated account manager, etc)And even then, sometimes you would try to withdraw money from your account (still within UK), and what should take less than a second to do (internal money transfer within UK), ends up taking hours and sometimes days. With transfers pending for no friggin reason, there is no phone number to reach for that and pretty much you money is being held as a hostage!Horrible and never using it again EVER
