There is no dialect with support over seas.

The foreign customer support is not support at all you can speak to no one that can help just those that repeat a script over and over about two days to clear your review even though we are on a week. They are so uninterested and definitely sounds like they just woke up because they probably did because they are over sees. At least have different agents that can communicate with different demographics of people so we can have an intelligible conversation and not confusion. I cannot wait to deactivate this account it’s that bad. We are a week late on our rent because of this hold on account all because of a credit card payment we took, they don’t care. SQUARE YOU NEED TO DO BETTER YOU ALL ARE FALLING OFF. YOU USE TO BE THE BEST BUT NOW IM DONE.

Square has deactivated my account!

No term violation, or any illegal activity accrued. However Square decided to deactivate my account, without further notice nor clear explanation!How would anyone trust this company for their business.Not recommended.

Frustrated

Title: Existing Customer Treated Like a Stranger – Appalling SupportReview:I’ve been using Square for years with one machine working fine for my business. Recently, I tried to order a second machine for another business at the same address. What followed was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company.Despite already being verified, Square demanded a new ID check, which repeatedly failed even though my information was correct. I contacted support—only to be told there is no email, no complaints process, and no way to escalate the issue.I’ve tried email forms, phone calls, code verifications—none of it leads to a solution. Support just tells you to try again, then locks the account. And on weekends? They’re closed.I bought the new card reader with my own money. It’s now unusable, and no one is helping. If I could send the machine back, I would. If I could warn others, I will—and this is part of that.

If I could give them zero stars I.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband made an account and had customers deposit money. They charged so much money to transfer funds and then shut his account off. This was a week and a half ago. They still have all the money that was in that account and have not released any funds to him. We have called customer support several times and no one will do a thing about it. This is 4500 dollars they took from us and won’t give an explanation as to why they can’t help and they keep saying they are processing the money back. These customers can’t even receive a refund square won’t even give it back to the original place it came from. We are still waiting on almost 5 thousand dollars and here we are 10 days later.

Easy and simple to use.

I love the reports and I'm sure there are more features that I'm not using, but the ones I do, have been a great help. I recommend it full.
