Review Time
Getting to speak with a customer service representative was excellent as he solved my issue quickly. The only issue I have is that it is so hard to get someone to speak with in person on the phone, I was constantly directed to do an online chat. But once I got to speak with the customer service representative he resolved my issue within 5mins.
This is the first time I've had to write a negative review, but I cannot seem to get anywhere with customer service. In the past two weeks, square has cut off my deposits out of nowhere. It takes them 1-3 business days to review the information- even though it only takes them seconds to cut off deposits.....I have yet to receive a viable answer to why this keeps happening and now it is costing my business money by delaying our customers payments when we are trying to beat the clock on orders that have to be in asap to avoid tariffs. What a horrible thing to do to businesses that are already having to adjust day to day. It is unacceptable that the department that handles this "doesn't have a phone number" This seems unethical.
I purchased a Kansas City Chiefs jacket from Washington Jackets for $99. When I received it, it was obviously a fake and a very poor one at that! The KC logo was dirty and very poorly stitched. The NFL logo was peeling off. It looked very different to the picture of it on the website. The website offered a full refund and free returns for defective items but they only offered me $9 stating the jacket did not meet their definition of defective. The primary aim of Washington Jackets is to scam people. I strongly advise Square US cease any ties with Washington Jackets.
Square is good for my business. But you keep sending me preapproved loan offers and turn me down every time so stop sending me approved loans because they’re not approved. I don’t need the money right now but someday I might so if you send me one it better be attached to an approval or I’ll get mad and break my Square.I don’t wanna have to throw my crybaby fit. You won’t like me when I’m a crybaby
Square abruptly deactivated my account which is at first approved. I don’t think it’s the best app for people that just have a small business. They don’t trust small business owner and they don’t give you any explanation about the decision neither what should you do to avoid that kind of situation if you decided to open another account with them! THAT WAS A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
I love using Square. I’ve moved several times and always go back to Square for my business. In total I’ve been with Square for the last 10years. The only thing they changed that I don’t like is the extra $0.10 on top of the percentage per transaction. It seems like a double charge. But, I do like they offer loans that are re-payed a little out of every transaction. So easy
