This is the first time I've had to write a negative review, but I cannot seem to get anywhere with customer service. In the past two weeks, square has cut off my deposits out of nowhere. It takes them 1-3 business days to review the information- even though it only takes them seconds to cut off deposits.....I have yet to receive a viable answer to why this keeps happening and now it is costing my business money by delaying our customers payments when we are trying to beat the clock on orders that have to be in asap to avoid tariffs. What a horrible thing to do to businesses that are already having to adjust day to day. It is unacceptable that the department that handles this "doesn't have a phone number" This seems unethical.
