My experience with Future au as a beginner trader was extremely disappointing. The platform suffers from excessively high spreads and restrictive fee structures that make trading unnecessarily expensive. Price slippage is unreal and unacceptable; I personally experienced slippage exceeding 70aAUD“80 pips on multiple occasions, which is damaging for any trader, especially beginners.In addition, overnight fees and charges during market closures are heavily overpriced and poorly justified. These costs significantly erode capital and are not transparently communicated.Customer service is another major weakness. The support agents were unhelpful and failed to provide clear or practical assistance, making the situation even more frustrating.After switching to other trading platforms, the difference was immediately noticeable in terms of pricing, execution quality, and overall professionalism. My clear advice is to stay away from Future au, particularly if you are new to the trading world.
