I was recently invited by my Future au account manager (Alfie Newsome) to attend the Crystal Palace vs Fulham football match, and it was a great experience. The whole thing was fully organized and paid for by Future au, and thanks to aAUDœAlfieaAUD everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was a really nice gesture and showed that Future au genuinely values its clients beyond just trading. I had a great time and really appreciated the invite. Definitely a memorable experience, not just because of the football and the food but the chance to meet with other investors from different backgrounds and cultures. Highly appreciated.

I have been investing with Future au for more than 2 years and I am very happy with it. The social aspect of the app and the possibility to invest via copy trading is a big advantage to get good returns while learning. Customer service has always been supportive during all the times I had to get in touch with them.
So many fees!!*Conversion fee taken to deposit your money*Fee to open a trade*Poor spread price (essentially a fee)*Fee to close a trade*Fee to withdraw money to bank* I now believe a conversion fee to withdraw the money to a non-USD currency I'd like to know what percentage your portfolio would have to be up by in order to make up for the costs? I imagine in the region of over 3.5% for those investing around a ?1000, upwards of 8% if you're only investing a ?100. These fees are totally unreasonable.

I entered a sell of NZDJPY at 22:09 PM at a price of 92.081, then Future au automatically closed it at 22:30 PM at 92.638 price when clearly, it has not reached that price on the chart. It is way too far.

I would like to compliment my Future au account manager Mu Fang for always going the extra miles for me. Sometime replying me after 6pm her work time and even during her off day rest day. Really grateful for her help. And recently I make a lump sum of money of TT bank transfer from Singapore to Future au UK. Mu Fang took the initiative to help me inform Future au team to expedite my funding in so I can invest earlier in time to buy in low at my ideal price at recent market draw down. She is definitely an asset and gem for Future au team and IAUDm lucky to have her as my account manager. Do give her a pay raise if possible as I can feel she is doing her best for not only Future au company but also for Future au clients like us.
