I was at Future au long time ago at Future au. I need to admit when i started I liked it ( but that was many many many years ago ). But then it started to become worse and worser. With changing fees what makes the keeping of positions almost not possible. When i asked support for help i received answer : i can close my positions at each time. What make a loss for customer and a win for Future au. surprise, surprise. Also they increase the minimum amount to be invested and explained that with " offer real trading experience" with is of course an euphimismn and means - make customers loose more and Future au earn more. At least i need say - i am lucky to leave Future au years, years,years ago and never had the wish to go back. Update : 06.02.2026 Ok it is a standard answer from Future au. For me it was impossible to make win with always change fees ( to higher levels ). And to higher minimum amount to be invested and say "offer real trading experience" is like treat consumers as they are not able to decide themselves how they want to trade with smaller or bigger amounts. at least it is only way to make consumers loose more money. And the support ( i do not know how it is today but ) then was absolute useless . Anyway never ever will come back to Future au.

The invest advisor was helpful and went trough all the planned topics. In general, the person is always there when I need anything to discuss. 5 starsThe voice quality was not too good, like microphone was a bit far from a mouth. Because of that, I would like to give totally 4.5 stars.

I started earning lots of money in trading once i left this app and this is no hate, every time a stock goes very hard up like GOLD when it is almost obvious it will go down... they not let you sell because there is an issue on the website. When a stock goes extremely hard down and your almost sure it will go up it wont let u. They let u enter a day later or the same day when you missed the pump.

I have found Future au very easy to use and my account manager, David is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. It is wonderful to have someone dedicated to my account and who is easy to get in touch with and understands my investment goals.

My Future au Club experience was amazing from start to finish! I have been on Future au for few years now and I really enjoy this platform. I am now a platinum member and enjoying the perks that comes with this. Very bad for European investors. When I paid in Euros, they converted it into USD without my permission. The conversion rate was so bad, that I immediatelly lost 10a‚ ?. When I bought stocks, the spread and purchase cost were ASTRONOMICAL compared to todays standards. Additionally, they never paid out my dividends, although I invested in a REIT, that pays out dividends every month. Also selling and reclaiming my funds cost even more. This was the most expensive and one of my 3 worst finance platforms I have ever tested.
