Very pleasant experience

Interacting with Chaim was enjoyable, he had a calm manner and positive attitude! He noticed that dutch isn't my first language and offered to switch to english if I wanted, which was considerate.Aside from that, he was very helpful, answered all my questions and gave me a good overview of the features I unlocked through my membership.No complaints.

No refund

Be very careful, when you consider "fully refundable" reservation. Read their Terms&Conditions and you will see, that to get a refund you have to fall into one of listed categories. There is no refund, if you booked in error, or changed your mind or your plans.

Review of Fitstraps

Terrible product don'???t expect refund

Terrible product. The Fitbit Luxe straps did not fit the watch - just fell off. The returns process is a farce. I sent back as outlined on the site. Andy (the owner) denies receiving them and on sending proof of postage three times I was sent three identical emails (a bot?) saying he'???d refer case to a '???royal mail account manager'??? that clearly doesn'???t exist as no follow up from the company nor correspondence to say what happens next. This is obviously a company selling sub standard products that will avoid refunds on returns by repeated fobbing off and then radio silence.
