Customer support is not helpful.

I purchased a Yuka Mini 600. I have a relatively small suburban yard 5000 square feet between all the zones which is well within the Yuka mini 600s advertised capabilities. After setting up the mower, I learned that I cannot change the perimeter laps, the mowing patternmode, or the path overlap from the default settings. because of this, for a single 1500 square foot zone that I tested it took 240 minutes to complete! This does not include the four times it needs to recharge to complete. This takes the entire mowing process for a 1500 square foot zone to almost 8 hours! How can this mower complete 600 square meters of mowing in a day as advertised if it cant even do 140 square meters in 8 hours? I reached out to mammotion support a handful of times to at least learn how to change these setting in the mammotion app. Every single time, Im told to be patient and wait for someone to reach out with the answers. But the emails never comes. No one resolves my issues. No one has answers.If I hadnt thrown away my packaging, Id probably be returning this mower due to deceiving advertising.

Customer support non existent!

Paid for a Luba 2, 2,900. I never received an order confirmation or product, I attempted to contact Mammotion on numerous occasions on the chat support and via email with no response. The product looks great, but their customer support is non existent!

Customer Service is non-existent

425 Update Recieved my replacement. I believe it may have been a refurbished, but well refurbished YUKA 1500. The firmware was already updated and had a small scratch on the body not noticeable, but was there. Powered up everything and it took longer than expected to link to my RTK as the robot data link IP was not the RTK that was in my yard it it showed it very far away. Once I updated the correct RTK that was in my yard positioning took about 5 mins, and I also put a data sim in my robot. Mapped and sent it on its first cut. Unfortunately new firmware is needed because it was running into my house alot almost taking off my siding. I didnt even map it that close so something is up. Hope a new firmware gets released soon.Update Original post below. I finally recieved a response and label. I cleaned and repacked my Yuka in the original box according to the instructions and sent it back for a replacement. I will update again if the process went smoothly and my replacement is good to go.Original I have a Yuka 1500 I ordered with the sweeper. On April 9 just before my Yuka was to mow it went offline and bricked. No connection to app, wifi, button commands charging, but it wasnt dead. It has 4 lights on top and thats it. I immediately called customer support, and after 12 tries I reached a person. I told him the issue and we troubleshooted for about 30 minutes to no avail. He suggested it moves to level 2 and it will need to be replaced, and thats where the ball stopped. They have went ghost on me. I have not recieved any label, communication from tech support and I called 35 times today and could not get customer service to confirm my info and send it in. Ive only had it for 2 months and ran it 12 times. I love the thing, but lack of support is having me second guess my purchase. I really was enjoying my Yuka. If mammotion cant make it right I may have no choice to reach out to FTC and BBB to file a complaint.

Product works exceptionally well even

Product works exceptionally well even in hills that are steeper than its rated for and the customer service is great. Getting a response can be a little slow sometimes but that seems to be related to the rapid success of the product and had been improving. The software also gets frequent updates and improvements. Highly recommend.

Nearly 5 Months and No Mowers

I paid for 2 Mowers on May 21 2023 and as of 3 Oct 2023 I have received nothing. They have not refunded me despite my requests and I have no idea when, if ever I will receive anything. If I could give minus stars I would.I am considering reporting this to the police as an online scam.

Zero customer service!

Ordered the Luba 2 5000 which was shipped with a key installation part missing. Ive reached out four times via email they dont allow you to phone with zero response other than the automated we have received your email. Literally silence. No idea what you do if you require a part under warranty. Really poor. Especially when youve paid a significant amount for a mower and not received the order in full and the items you need to use ityou need to know this before you order. Be aware!

I really wanted to love the Luba but

I really wanted to love the Luba AWD 5000, but it has lots of rough edges that make it far less useful than I had hoped. Our yard is ideal for a robot mower. It is 1.8 acres but fairly flat with few obstacles. We had purchased Luba in hopes that it would help maintain the lawn. While it mostly does do its job, it is not without close supervision. Forget having the robot run autonomously.Here are just some of the problems we deal with regularly.1. Luba has problems returning to the dock and charging. Multiple times, Ive found Luba dead at the base station. For some reason, it is not able to properly line itself up. Every evening, I need to check to make sure that it is actually charging. Usually it is 12cm off center, which is enough for the contacts to be misaligned.2. The collision sensors are both overly sensitive and yet not sensitive enough. Ive seen Luba stopped by a dandelion. Yet, Ive also found it lodged under a truck we had to park temporarily on the grass. I would expect that the front bumper wouldnt be deterred by the very vegetation it is suppose to cut. I would also expect the ultrasonic sensors to detect large chunks of metal and go around, but the Luba rammed the truck as if it wasnt there.3. Reverse has no sensors. Ive seen the Luba in a tricky situation near a border and stairs. The front bumper triggered the stairs and it did its little dance to go around. However, there are no sensors on the back side and Luba proceed to mount the stone border in reverse. I had to emergency stop it, but not before the blades hit the stone. This seems like a huge gap in the safety of the system. I had to remap the yard to avoid this area, which means more areas that need to be maintained manually.4. The path tracking is not very accurate. The Luba is advertised as having centimeter level accuracy, but Ive found it jammed up in areas 3050cm outside of its activity areas.5. Customer service has been super slow. I ordered the Lshaped mounting rod with my Luba. I was charged the full amount of my order, but the mounting rod was not part of the initial delivery. Weeks later, I get notification that the mounting rod shipped, but the tracking number was wrong. They sent the original Luba shipment tracking number instead of a the new tracking number. I sent multiple emails to customer support and do not hear anything back. Then suddenly, a few weeks later, I get a couple of emails saying that they are going to look into it. Its been a couple of weeks and I still havent heard anything back. Customer service definitely needs an issue tracking system so that emails dont fall through the cracks.6. The app drives me crazy. It is the little things, like being able to name the various mowing areas. The schedule tells you it is going to mow Area1, Area2, etc., but it renumbers the areas, so I actually have no idea were it is going to mow. Ive subdivided my yard into may areas to spread the mowing out throughout the week and I cant tell what is what but looking at the schedule in the app.Overall, a very uneven experience. Luba takes daily monitoring to make sure she is working. I still need to go out and do lawn maintenance periodically because some grasses appear to be too tough for Luba and I get islands of long grasses. Customer support is essentially nonexistent.The only good thing I can say is that at least the product hasnt been abandoned and there are periodic updates. Some of the updates were a little uneven, but I hope that as the product matures these problems will get resolved.

Overall experience for the first week of Yuka Mini

The robotic mower works better than I had anticipated for my 1500sq ft back yard. A few pros1. Setup is easy, once RTK antenna mounted, the mower is able to accurately locate the boundary.2. Mower is able to handle my side yard slope with ease. It is about 27 degree.3. Build quality is excellent.Improvement needs1. Ability to manually modify the map in the App, rather than driving the mower.

Happy since purchasing

Received my Luba 5000 In June, using the luba is a learning experience, but once you see what it can do youll be amazed. The regular updates are excellent and a constant improvement. Being a tech geek and working in the technology field there are always so many variables and obstacles to overcome, but I have seen nothing but good service and constant improvement.

Luba robotic mower is the best mower on

Luba robotic mower is the best mower on the market. Several of my friends have purchased it. If there is a way to upgrade connectivity to 4G I think this will increase the range. I do not leave my mower outside. I just have it pole height at the RTK station which works pretty good.

Good Product, Terrible Customer Service

Good Product, Terrible Customer ServiceAfter 4 months of use my mower broke, 2 weeks later after reporting it, I am still no further on and has not been collected they have even stopped answering my emails.Very poor service and nobody knows what is going on all the time. Good product let down by bad customer services and zero backup.

Shocking customer experience

Ordered an in stock item mower. It has not arrived. No updates from Mammotion. No response to emails. Contacted live chat and I was told early April with no guarantee of delivery then. Offered replacement blades as an apology they are no good unless I have a mower. Essentially sold an item that they did not have on stock. Incredibly poor service and no clarity on delivery.

Made my purchase on July 18, 2023, I am used to buying and taking a chance on new technology. I did my purchase through Amazon just because of their 30 day return policy I have had a worx boundary wire lawnmower for the past three years finally a gear went in the drive wheel I had to make a replacement. I did not want another robotic lawnmower with a boundary wire. Then I found the Luba decided to take a chance on it because of the technology, and some of the reviews that I read first things first this is not a toy. This is serious technology, it is the most amazing piece of equipment I have ever purchased. I do not regret for a moment deciding to go with this company although Ive heard complaints about customer service is so far I have had no reason to get in touch with them due to the fact, Ive had zero problems with my mower. Some of the updates that they have sent have caused a few issues for me, but they listened to their customer base and fix the problems quickly with new updates. I am actually mowing my two neighbors yard also in charging them both 80 a month each and they have to do the weed eating, life is good. I would not say this is for everybody and that it will work in every circumstance but for the ones that it does work for I highly recommend this product keep up the great work.

Love the Luba

I was happy with how easy Luba was set up and map the areas to mow. I do recommend watching a few videos on how to perform the setup. I initially had an issue with the base station location where Luba would leave the base and lose position and stop. I relocated the base away from the house and havent had any issues since. I love the fact that the software is frequently upgraded to improve the function of the mower. Adding perimeter mowing of the no go zones was a big plus. I would like the ability to change the no go zone perimeter mowing to start close to the no go zone for the first pass and then move away for further passes. I am very pleased with the quality of the mowing and the lawn looks great. I do mow every other day and change the direction of the mowing to mow different directions each mowing. The best thing is that I dont have to mow my grass any more. I have a fence around my back yard for our little dogs. I have to open the gate and keep the dogs inside, on the days it mows the front, so Luba can get to the front yard. This detracts from the fully automated feature of the Luba, so it would be very helpful if Mammotion could develop a door like a dog door that Luba can unlock and use to go through a fence by itself.

After a little difficulty with setup, the mower is a champ!

I had some initial issues with my Luba 2 because my yard has tall pine trees along the perimeter. The Luba would lose satellite signal. After great support from Mammotion tech support, I relocated my RTK station to the highest point on my roof. My Luba works great now. It is very precise and I love how it returns to the base station to recharge, and then goes right back to the location it was mowing to continue cutting. Very happy with this mower!

Mammotion performance and tech support

The Luba 5000 arrived damaged, Mammotion replaced the Luba.The Luba has been performing great. Lawn looks great. I have 34 acre, very steep, and four zones. It takes most of the day to mow including recharge times.I mow three times a week, different angles look great.The APP is good, not great. Once you figure it out its fine. Recent updates have made the Luba performance better. With all tech there is room for improvement.

Luba got rained on once and died for a week. Customer service and support is terrible and nearly non existent. Fortunately it started working again, I am worried if it were to break I wouldnt recieve much support. Hopefully they send me the rtk and stop button covers some people are reporting. They really need to do something to improve product support.

My Luba 2 5000 has been amazing

My Luba 2 5000 has been amazing. Ive had it for 6 months and it is a lifesaver! My 4000m 1 acre yard is steep, about 30 degrees at the front, and uneven. It tackles it no problem. The App is sometimes a bit glitchy and doesnt connect remotely, but that doesnt affect the mowing. And I need to remove the cutting discs occasionally to clear out, but that takes 5min and is part of the maintenance. It has saved me countless hours with how quickly the grass grows here in summer.
