Dead on arrival I bought a Luba 2 1000H directly from Mammotion. Outofthebox defective and Mammotion is TOTALLY unresponsive. Very large expense and NO warranty response.

Mammotion still needs to work on a few issues pertaining to logistics and after sales support, but allinall I give Mammotion and the Luba 4stars for a superior product at a reasonable price. The Luba series autonomous mowers by Mammotion are leading the way in autonomous lawn mowing. The hardware is beautifully made with quality parts and materials. The software is modern, intuitive, and is updated often. Its safe, simple, and stylish.

Initial faults with product showed after a few days. Reported these and no service.Full failure within 6 weeks. Took 6 weeks to even get them to respond to my request for a refund.Have been offered a service.This company has not understood what it means to provide customer service so prepare to be left stuck without a working mower for months at a time.Edit 30th Oct Took Mammotion 2 months to respond to this review which goes to show how backlogged they are with customer service issues. I now have my mower back and working but communication and the journey to get it repaired was awful.

Order M1185ITI requested the return of the Yuka mini robot on my purchase, robot never used and still in its packaging. I have been waiting for more than 10 days for the return label, but the responses from customer service are always the same, that is, apologies and that sooner or later it will arrive. I believe it is an incorrect attitude and an attempt to block the return and exclude the refund. Be wary of buying on mammotion. Customer service does not exist

I bought my Luba 5000 during the 2023 black Friday. My first use of the Luba 5000 was in the following spring and, since then, I am the envy of my neighbor. Manny of my neighbors came to me to say how nice my lawn looks with the straightline on the lawn Luba left behind. This spring, I had some issues to restart the Luba. I contacted the online service in the app and quickly resolved it and my Luba is back on working. I saved so much time from mowing and spent much time with my family. I loved my Luba 5000.

Mammotion have been trying to ship me a replacement for my broken lawnmower for 21 days. Today was supposed to be the third attempt. I have been on at support all day and I am just getting fobbed off an no useful replies. This company has no logistical awareness or effective customer support. Update The company has promised me a full refund following the issues in shipping my product, I hope they resolve their internal issues and I give them an extra star now with this in mind.

Never received the garage attachment for the Luba base, Always told me that it would be shipped shortly. Months have passed and no garage attachment and no requested refund for the prepayment of 179.

Ive had a robot mower for the last 5 years, but circumstances changed and I needed to mow a lot more grass. So purchased the Luba 2 10,000. It has been great, and with mowing in straight lines it can get through the mowing SOOO much quicker than my previous mower. The comments from visitors about the cutting lines in the lawn is SOO worth it, they love it! And being able to race the mower around a self made race track on our lawn is such a fun party game or Christmas Day games in our case! Only 4 stars due to when it is quite dry, you might have to wipe the dust off the charging pads every few days on the mower so that it can actually charge hopefully something the resolve with a future version Would totally buy another one!

The machine itself is a good machine. Setup is way more complicated. Had to change location and put the RTK on the peak of my roof. But after 9 mapping I got it right and it works fine. Would I buy another brand? No! Luba is worthy. Took a month to receive it. They have no service tech by phone. Something the should work on. For now it does a very good job.

As someone whos obsessed with smart tech and always on the lookout for ways to save time, the Luba 2 3000 has completely blown me away. From the moment I set it up, its been smooth sailing. The installation was surprisingly simple, and once it was up and running, it felt like having a personal lawn assistant.The navigation and precision are spot onit handles my yard with ease and I have quite a steep hill on the side, and I barely have to think about it. Watching it work is honestly kind of satisfying. Its clear a lot of thought went into the design and tech behind this mower.Its rare to find a product that actually lives up to the hype, but this one absolutely does. Stoked I get to reclaim some of my weekend.

Mammotions Luba AWD 5000 mows my lawn better than my lawn guy did! My lawn looks great and I get to enjoy the pool while it does all the work. Mammotion continues to improve the app support and Luba just keeps getting better. I couldnt be happier with my purchase!

LOVE THIS THING, my yard is probably the poster example for difficulty, but its working out pretty darn great! my neighbors are impressed, my friend joe gets a royal kick out of this thing cutting the grass, my next door neighbors kids are hypnotized by this thing. LOL. and i am stoked to have it doing its job. i got it expecting and knowing i would have to do some weedwacking, and possibly some hand work in a hidden area, but my expectations are exceeded with the mods and updates you all have done, you make it well worth it, thank you for standing up to and keeping up on your product!

I placed an order M8185EU for the Luba Mini 800 AWD on February 11, 2024 preorder, with the note on the website that delivery would be in early March. On March 22, they said delivery would be in March . On April 7, they said they couldnt give an exact delivery date because they have too many orders and the shipping company is having logistical issues. Now Im fighting with them to get my money back. I filed a complaint through PayPal. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a different product. They are the most unprofessional company!!!

I would say that the customer service is great and that the people I dealt with really want to help you out. I had an issue ordering online and I spoke with the Customer Service personnel. They were polite, professional but really did everything in their power to resolve the issue. For that I am most grateful.
