Ordered 2 weeks ago march 17 and got a mail indicating a delivery at end of may. They didnt ship yet, so I guess I dont get it by end of march. Have created a ticket regarding delivery, but no response for 5 days now. They withdrew the money 3 days after ordering.

Very good product. Had a problem with my sweeper kit and contacted the service. After all help did not worked, I got a replacement and now Im very happy with my Mammotion.

Im not sure the tech is there. Lost signal beneath the small space of my roof extending from my house around the whole perimeter and it lost signal around EVERY SINGLE tree. I even have two chopped trees and instead of losing signal it high centered itself on the roots I have 1.19 acres and it only managed to mow the whole lawn a single time. If something goes wrong and it loses its place which happened every time for me it then needs to start over from the beginning and you cant reconfigure how or where Luba starts which would make sense. I finally learned to divide my lawn into 3 sections and make every single tree a nogo zone but by then I was too tired of the product to put it to use. You will need to weed whack around every tree and close to your house. Finally the razor blades dull quickly but even worse they get loose and you need to replace or maintain them almost every other mow. What should Mammotion do? 1. There should be a cutting mode where you can manually drive the robot. 2. You should be able to section off your yard and have the robot start wherever you want it to 3. The robot makes amazing lines but probably needs a satellite ground line collaboration. 4. Do something about the blades loosening 5. Do something about the robot high centering itself. It can conquer a slope and make pretty lines but I just dont think the tech is there for anyone with a real lawn.

Im very satisfied with my Yuka Mini and with the company in general.I have add great customer service starting from when I place my order, they helped me with some concerns I had with the robot and provide me all user manuals that were available at the time.The gifts that came with the product were appreciated.The product itself if high quality made in EU EU Quality and the same goes to the service.Shipment, package, follow up by the customer service... all 5 stars.

Great product! Better than I expected. My property has tall trees, uneven terrain,etc Currently maintaining about 34 of an acre. Will up to to 1.25 acres in the spring.

Is it perfect no, but what is!! Mommotion keeps improving the software so the feature list keeps getting better and better. The time it saves me from mowing and the convenience is top notch and would not want another mower.

Mowing is good but needs improvement. Long grass doesnt get pulled up to cut. Turns need to adjusted to stop it from missing spots. Support is not good. It took 7 weeks to get a part. You need local dealers and service.

Yuka 1500I ordered the Yuka 1500 from Mammotion Australia site, with freight to Brisbane. Received everything in less than a week, exactly as ordered and at a great price. Have been using it on lawns now daily for 2 weeks. Could not be happier. Easy to set up if you follow instructions exactly as they say, app is straight forward and easy to use. I wish I could submit photos. I dont use sweeper so clippings going straight back into lawn. In two weeks its already looking great, has nice lines which look awesome as you drive up street, and its really starting to thicken and darken. Was told 3 months of use is when you see greatest results, but so far Im impressed

We purchased the MaMotion Luba 3000 robotic mower. We are extremely pleased with the product, its performance and the follow up customer support. We have found the online social media network extremely helpful and informative. This product is well thought out and well received.

I purchased a Luba AWD5000. Now in use for about three months, mowing 3 complex areas around 4000m2 total. Set at 50mm cutting height. After some trial and error to set exclusion zones around some exposed tree roots, it has performed very well. The hardware and software is generally outstanding.I had to instal a WiFi extender to get remote coverage of the area rather than rely solely on Bluetooth it would certainly be a useful addition to have a 4G module as an alternative. I have been waiting for nearly six months for a back ordered house and some spares.Probably my biggest frustration has been the lack of blade covers on this machine. This means that grass becomes wedged around the blades and prevents them spinning freely. Other brands such as Husqvarna have these and they work well. I am now experimenting with 3D printed covers, but really shouldnt have to do so.

Our Yuka mini has been mowing our lawns for some weeks now. We are very happy with the results so far. It was easy to set up and the learning process was very smooth and quick. The Yuka mini has slight problems with the edges, but thats ok for us. For us, it was important to reduce the workload so we had more time for other tasks.

Hi..We are a few people who have bought YUKA mini 500 on amde, have written in the chat. I first wrote to ask if you could get the small model in gray... The woman in the chat states that you cant, but right now they are running a campaign on 500, so if you order it you get a voucher for 179 euros to buy on amazone.... There is a lot of pressure for this and the 56 different people in the chat you talk to say nothing about not being able to get it.. Now I have emailed a little back and forth with someone else and now they refuse to give the 179 euros to amazone, we have everything in the mail where they promise it. Now they say you can only get it at the original price, my YUKA 500 was discounted when you buy it... The original price is 898 euros, the YUKA 600 costs the same and you can get 50 cashback... You can also get it in gray, but of course you jumped at the offer for 500... We have it all in writing. I cant speak to how good or bad the unit itself is.. as I never got it mowing automatically. Its a nice looking unit and seems to be well built, however I question the longevity of the plastic rotating discs. They look pretty flimsy to me. Anyway, I had docking issues to start with and tried to communicate to Mammotion via their call line, I was put on hold and I was in line for a tech, then eventually told to leave a message with no direction on what to say it sounding like someones personal line and not a professional business. I then send a log of information to them via their software, which takes about a hour based on my low speed data line. I receive a YouTube video link on how to place the charging base, when I open the app the next day. Its wasnt at all helpful as I set up the base unit perfectly. Then, I try their online chat bot Its tied to the same software and my account. After the bot asks for information, which they should readily be able to see, and I provide, the bot says to hold for one of our specialists. Moments later I receive an email from EU customer service. That email triggers another email from Asia customer service, which then has me click a link and create an account for self service. I go through that process and it then wants me to disable cookies. At this point, Im so aggravated, as Ive invested at least 10 hours into positioning everything, setting up, trying to troubleshoot on my own then working through their truly crummy systems of service, I give up. Seriously, this is the worst customer service ever. I cant even imagine what would happen if I had to return this for known repairs. I communicated this issue to Amazon and will return this unit back to the mother ship in California. Ill take care to return it in the best, cleanest condition in its original packaging and will video tape to document thats how little confidence I have in Mammotion and their business practices. Thank goodness for Amazon and their leverage over vendors. If I had bought direct from Mammotion, I fear Id be up a creak without a paddle. My lawn is currently long, so Im heading out to jump back onto my trusty lawn tractor! At some point I may give them another shot, but, they arent ready for prime time yet.

Before mowing he first grass.I cant say anything yet about the mower itself. It looks decend quality and the works fine. But the connector of the compatible solar panel for the RTK station is different then the connector on the RTK side. Title say the solar panel is compatible with it. Then I ordered also the compatible wallmount for the RTK station and solar panel but the RTK station has a totally different mounting point then the mount itself. Also not fitting. When contacting the European number they cant arrange anything. You need to email which I allready did but no reaction Why do you have a telephone number whilest the east european customer service cant help you?Again, I thought I bought the right mower but yet again buying from a Chinese company with no local support is a really bad idea..01052025Mammotions reactionDont react on this review, with this nonsens of an message which says nothing to bring me a solution, but react on my email!
