Purchased the Luba2AWD5000H mower. Absolutely amazing product on every level from its customerfriendly setup, intuitive app to its scheduling automation ability. Moreover, the mower just flat out performs unbelievably!!!!Since owning have had two encounters with the Customer Service Team. Happy to admit both engagements were amazing!! Not only do they reply promptly, they are fully committed on resolving your issue until completely satisfied!! Especially knowing after making such an expensive splash purchase, the company will proudly stand behind and support their technology claims.Has ultimately resulted into an incredible experience and one I would strongly recommend. The robotic mower industry is in great hands!!!

UK. Having purchased a 2000 Mammotion Luba 2 mower. Despite many grumbles getting it up and running, I am now actually pleased with it. I recommend it.Physical set up is tricky since the user guide is poor, but trying for hours you can get there and the weeks since delivery have proven a very capable product, especially the mower itself capabilities. It does do the job if you persevere.The App is not intuitive but does contain most of the essential features, albeit with minor bugs.Support?? Forget it.Email support no response ever. Try support chat and you get a young kid who trys his best but clearly knows next to nothing about the product and its problematic settup and cannot help and has no one to help him.However, dont give up, awesome job when you master it.Mammotion needs to put a lot more effort into support to its customers. Owner Disappointed initially, but now quite impressed.Mammotion Luba2 AWD UK.

Ordered the largestbest Lawn Robot approx 3 weeks ago. No sign of shipping, so chased on live chat. Was told the order would be definitely with me by 10th April. Still nothing had arrived even an apology, update or shipping ETA so followed up by chatsupport also. Usual chat AI nonsense but no human after 20 minutes.Bad start to purchase of a very expensive lawn mower...

This set is ideal for babies from 6 months soft, safe, and just the right size for tiny hands. My child handles it very well and really enjoys eating independently. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. From start to finish, it was painful. Stated that it was in stock and would be delivered in early April. When I chased them, they sent a tracking URL to their product page. When I challenged this, they said, I never said it had been dispatched! Then, I asked when it would be delivered, only to be told there were issues with logistics. Eventually, I gave up and stated that I wanted a full refund. They then said it would take up to 15 working days! I always find it interesting how they can take your payment upfront instantly, but a refund takes 15 days! Avoid these clowns like the plague. They promise all sorts of wonderment and deliver nothing.

I bought a Luba 5000 less than one year ago. It went back to the charging station and turned itself off. Was not able to turn it on again. After several attempts, customer service answered. They sent a refurbished LUBA that looks brand new. It has been working flawlessly since!

The mower was great for the 3 months it worked. Customer support is absolutely dreadful. I have tried contacting them multiple times and they just do not respond. I now know they dont have a contact phone number and expect you to just message as they dont have the pride to take a call and just prefer to ignore your messages. Very frustrating. Annoyingly in the first month of using the Luba mower I recommended it to several friends. Definitely not a company I would recommend and a very costly mower that only lasts three months is not a wise purchase so if you are thinking about this mower I would advise you look at more reliable alternatives and actually have a Customer Support team that will actually support you and get back to you.Frustratingly I have a 2000 piece of plastic sat on my lawn that cant move and long grass.Oh for a time machine and the chance to make a different purchase decision..

The new robot mower has definitely made me proud to own! It has alpt of my neighborhood friends excited to see it cut my yard every 2 days... the GPS track system is superb and 2nd to none. I honestly can now say that I have time to do other things in life. This is a dream come true!

I purchased a 3000, after looking at my requirements and Luba features. I especially liked the improved front wheels, for less wear and tear in maneuvering. Setup required planning, as I have lawn all around my home. I chose an antenna location based on recommendations on line, and mounted it at a corner of my home at the roof. Its stable, with a consistent view of the sky. The basecharger is almost directly below the antenna, situated so that LUBA uses my driveway for Start and End docking maneuvers. I have no lawn damage. Teaching LUBA is a learning experience. I found that in establishing a border along walls and obstacles I have a number of large boulders its best to leave a margin of about 56 inches. Plan on manual cleanup trimming in hard to reach areas. Define NoGo areas with a similar margin. LUBA chewed up some mulch areas until I redefined the boundary of my gardening. Once boundaries are set, LUBA does a great job covering everything inside. I do have an issue with an area between my home and a neighbor. Sort of a wall canyon exists where satellites dont reach LUBA well, and it stops the boundary definition process. So I still have a 30x6 ft. section I still mow manually. I only cut lawn in dry conditions, when Im around to oversee operations. LUBA has been a great performer. I was disappointed with the first cut. Bunches of grass clippings were all over, and looked like a hay field. I found this to be due to grass height, and the type of cutting that LUBA does. After a couple runs if mowing this clumping affect disappeared, and continued regular use gives me an awesome well groomed look. Better still with the cross cut setting, which clears up any missed spots. Ive also got a serious slope behind my home that LUBA handles well. To offset a tendency to slidedrift on extreme slopes, I increase the overlap on this section, which lets LUBA cover up the effects of gravity. It has never gotten stuck on our hill. What can I suggest? I havent tried overlapping boundaries yet to see if Id have issues Next season. Id like to have an option to cut higher than 2.8 inches. This could be accomplished with larger wheels, perhaps one more inch diameter? No new engineering required, though speed reference would change. MAMMOTION does a great job with software updates, and the fan base is helpful with user tips, interesting workarounds, and more. My neighbors are intrigued, and their dogs are unsure. But I can get a lot of other work done while LUBA is busy. And my lawn looks great!5 stars is about right!

This is one of the best inventions ever!!! We love our Luba 3000! It does a great job, and is relatively maintenancefree. The quality of cutting is awesome, and the battery life is great. My only real negative is that it gets stuck on occasion, but that is because we have a complicated lawn with overhanging trees and a patio. We love our robot so much we even named him!

The device works well even with a bad LTK spot. I have had a couple instances where the thing will stop all together or drive up into the woods and stop. However, most of the time the cutting is spot on. The stripes on the yard look great and no wire needed!

Great auto mower! I owned 2 Husqvarna automowers for 5 years and bought 1 Luba. 1 week after operating it I ordered a second one and sold my Husqvarnas. No regrets! The OTA updates have addressed 90 of any issues and Im sure they will continue to improve. There are some known water engress issues and obviously the company has been overwhelmed with its success but they seem to be working hard to address the issues. I would highly recommend Luba!

I ordered both the Luba 1000 and the docking cover, the Luba arrived and this is a great bit of kit, easy to setup and has made a massive difference to my lawn. The problem I have had is with delivery of the docking roof I have been waiting for this since 21st June and having emailed several times I keep getting told different dates and still not received this and its now August, this would have got 5 stars if the customer service response was any good.

I have owned the luba 2 10000 for about 3 months. It says it can mow 2.5 acres so I thought I would set it up smaller and get the kinks worked out and then add additional areas. I have it set to mow a little over a half acre. The mower will not even keep up with a half acre. It was better in the begining with some software glitches that seems to clear up with each of the many firmware updates. Over the last couple of weeks the mower has become almost useless. The battery will only charge a couple of cycles before the battery temerature is too high and will not charge until I unplug the charger and turn off the mower for a min. of 2 hours. Additional to the battery not charging the disc randomly stop turning during mowing and the mower continues to drive leaving areas of unmowed grass in the lawn. I have tried to reach out through the help chat and through the feedback. Both are useless. I think they know their product is junk after a few months and they are unable to fix it. The people leaving good reviews just havnt had their mower long enough. Seemed like a good idea but now Im mowing my lawn again with a riding mower. As bad as the mower is the customer support is non existent. All they can say is Sorry your having this problem I would not recommend this mower to anyone unless you want to buy mine, lol

My Luba has been a game changer. I have had a few robo mowers in the past and this one is the best by far and the one my family also loves. I can run it everyday in different directions so you always have nice clean strips.
