Coolest lawn mower out there. I call it Lewey the lawn mower. Neighbors laughed at the beginning now they all want one. Waiting to see the range increase to 4 acres

The Luba mower is great if you have a garden with no trees or obstacles, dont bother if you dont!! My main criticism is the after sales service, which is awful. It is impossible to talk to anyone, all done on live chat. My mower lost connection and had to be returned. I specifically requested that the map of my garden I had painstakingly done took about 4 hours was not deleted guess what?! Yes they deleted it. Also, at no point was I contacted to say what had gone wrong with the mower? Just simply returned in a box a week later with no communication whatsoever.

Takes money and doesnt ship. Website indicates customers buying product now will get theirs before me. Gives a vague delivery date of mid April but only after I push their slow and unresponsive customer chat for an estimate.

I have tried and tried to get an update on our order but no one will respond. Phone number hangs up after saying Sawee, we Busy. Chat bot customer support was useless. Waited an hour and no one responded. I have emailed numerous times and get a ticket number automated response. the original purchase said I wouldnt pay until it shipped but I was charged the next day. its been two months. Have filed a case with PayPal. Hope to just get my money back at this point....Update... I filed a case with PayPal and two days later I got a note that the yuka shipped.

Amazing technology in this robotic mower.Has saved me hours and hours of mowing each week and with it cutting my lawn 5 days a week my lawn has never looked so good.

I loved the product but was apprehensive to purchase due to the many poor on line reviews. I shouldnt have been concerned! I ordered a LUBA 1000, recieved immeadiate confirmation of my order along with an estimated delivery date. The mower arrived 8 days later having received numerous delivery updates from the courier. The mower set up was straightforward and within a coupe of hours it was effortlessy cutting my lawn. When you consider what LUBA have achieved in such a short time it is truly remarkable. This is a innovative product, I love it. Well done LUBA for developing this game changer mower, other manufacturers will now have to be fast followers!

After finally getting my roof mount kit and installing it, the mower has run near perfect, experiencing little to no signal disruptions. Very happy with Luba now.

I LOVE the Luba! It has changed my life for allergies! No more mowing the lawn and taking 2 days to recover every week. I got 1.5 hours a week back to do other things. It mows the lawn while I work and when I come home, it is all mowed and done!

I emailed them indicating we were quite interested in purchasing the Luba 5000, but had a few questions as far as servicing and warranty etc. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me as a potential customer. I can only imagine how long it would take them if I had an issue with the unit.

Long battery life and unbeatable mowing area. Price is steep but worth it. App needs some fine tuning but has improved in the last 2 months I have been using it. GPS with internal nav is very accurate and can change mowing height on the fly. I may end up getting a second to fully automate my mowing we have about 2 acres to mow

It looks good but doesnt work dont waste your money . Maybe ok if garden is in Norfolk totally flat with nothing to interrupt the satellite signal .Gave up farting around with it 1500 waste of money

Terrible customer service, Have tried to get in touch and zero response, such a shame as product looks fantastic but this is too much money to throw away on an item where technical and after sales support is essential

Customer service has been great. I have had to replace an RTK due to a lightning strike and I was able to arrange it all through the chat. I have a second Luba 2 and needed a camera new camera module. It was discarded during assembly. Again, I was able to use the customer service chat and quickly buy a replacement.

Ive had LUBA for about three months. Works amazing. The people that complain arent taking the time to learn and RTK placement is key.

Were the owner of an Mammotion Lubba 1, this machine is running for over a year now with a whole heap of problems. This is something we expected of a cutting edge product, that is part of the learning process. But when I open a ticket for the issues, they dont read the entire ticket and you are getting scripted replys my opinion where they ask you to do things that I have already stated in my ticket that I have already done. When I test again with their recommendations and did not fix the issue communicate again, they take a VERY long to respond or after a certain point they stop responding to mails and close the tickets for no reason.This product has some issues with its physical, software and logic design. With these issues it still could be a capable product. But the unwillingness of the Mammotion company in handling their customer tickets, making sure the major problems are solved.Our recommendation for now is not to buy this product with the current issues that are being experienced by its customers and the unwillingness to resolve those issues.Problems that we are experiencing are the following1 Not moving around all solid objectsIt appears that with some objects the Lubba has issues navigating. It does not neatly pass a barrel but instead runs into its full speed. On the other hand, it avoids an dandelion by 1 meter. 2 It passes under objects where it should not pass.The Lubba is trying to dig under a gate that is open where the gate is of solid wood and on the same height as the sensors and wheels. While on the other hand it does not pass under a children swing set. While on the other hand it will lodge itself under carscaravanstrailers that are temporary in the mowing area.3 Out of working areaFor some reason the Lubba thinks he is somewhere else then where is actually is. For instance, backing up for no reason at corners out of the mowing area. But also shifting edge lines that do not corresponds with the mapped garden.4 Extra space with bordersFor some reason when you outline the perimeter it uses that as a reference to drive. When you do the same with an no go zone flower bed it takes that reference and stays an extra Lubba with away from that point.Update 27122024Mammotion has reached out by mail to look for a solution. The communication takes a lot of time and is chaotic to say the least. They have offered to replace the Lubba 1 for a Lubba 2 refurbished, without restoration of warrenty back to 2 years but later rescinded that option due to it not being in compliance with local consumer law. Still waiting on a suitable solution as of yet.

So far, so good! Luba works very well in my yard and the neighbors comment on the cut quality. I appreciate how management listens to user feedback and feature requests. I am eager to see what new features are implemented with each update.
