Mammotion sent this unit to me to review. Trustpilot wont allow me to share a link, but if you search YouTube for GAME CHANGER The WIRELESS Luba AWD 5000 By MAMMOTION my video will pop up.The unit worked as advertised. I did have challenges installing the RTK Unit in the right location that was open to the sky. That seems to be a must to get good satellite reception. But once setup, I havent had any issues with it.Mammotion seems to be good with updating the firmware and app frequently to improve the unit.

They are a scam! They are a fraud!I am beyond furious with Mammotion and feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. I made a purchase worth 2,600, and it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Since then, I have been stuck in an infuriating loop of broken promises and zero accountability.I have opened more than 10 support tickets and engaged in tens of chats over their official WhatsApp support channel. Every time I reach out to their customer service, I am given the same empty assurance that they will check on the status and get back to me within two business days. Not once have they followed through, leaving me completely in the dark about my order. Despite countless attempts to resolve this, Mammotion has demonstrated an outrageous lack of responsiveness and responsibility.This level of service is utterly unacceptable for any company, let alone one handling highvalue purchases. I strongly urge everyone to avoid doing business with Mammotion. Their disgraceful handling of my situation is inexcusable. I hope this review serves as a wakeup call for them to overhaul their atrocious customer service practices. I will never purchase from them again.

Ive been using LUBA since the spring 2023 mowing season started. Its been reliable, easy to set up, and easy to maintain. The company has been outstanding correcting bugs, adding new features, and addressing any issues.

I bought a luba 2 from mammotion recently. Everything about the experience so far has been 5 star. The Product is extremely well made very solid, simple and intuitive to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. My interactions with the after sales service team has been excellent. Prompt replies, knowledgeable and polite. All in all, I cant recommend mammotion enough.

This week we had quite a storm, and I noticed yesterday that the RTK base station on the Luba 1 had broken off and was only hanging by the cable.When I disconnected the cable yesterday, I noticed that the antenna had filled with water. I reported this to customer service. They took immediate action, and a week later I had a new RTK base station with updated software.

This has been a great experience I can mow my lawn while doing other choresThe Luba cuts the lawn better than the lawnmowers. It takes time to learn how to operate it which can be difficult and sometimes it was a little bit frustrating. I am not savvy in technology. I am still learning. I contacted their help desk and received help it took 2 days I wish there could be a number to call. They are a new company and I hope they will continue improving customer service. They are making constant updates. I dont regret buying the Luba 3000

I bought my Luba2 AWD mover in September 2024 for my new garden. I have a piece of grass of 2500 sq mts to cut and, from the very begining, the mover performance has been high quality . I have experienced some problems to fully learn about the mover capabiities but the technical support team have solved all of them inmediately thru the app chat. On top... I suffered a technical issue with the power charger and they have sent me a new one in days. Also I accidentally damaged a disk and I got a new pair straightforward. My robot works perfectly now and Im very happy with it. In fact I have ordered a new one for a friend which I hope it comes soon.

This is the worst experience ever for any online pruchase. The product, lawn mower, never came. I have exchanged 30 to 40 mails on it. They have done partial refund. I had ordered extra blades but the packet was open and only half of the blades arrived. They agreed to send new blades which never came. Now, they have not refunded the money for blades to Klarna. They have no address on their website. Pls do not touch this product.

I am extremely satisfied with the Yuka Mini 800. The robotic lawnmower has more than met my expectations. Assembly was easy, and setup via the app was quick and without problems. The lawn cuts beautifully. Its evenly and cleanly. The Yuka Mini 800 recognizes the trees and structures on my property without any problems and without getting stuck. I will probably stick with this brand in the future. I definitely recommend it.

Bought a Luba Mini, delivered last week. Before continuing, I must state that I have attempted many times to make contact via their Europe customer service telephone number does not existconnect either via mobile or UK land line and have already sent two emails seeking advice regarding the same matter without response.I have 2 lawns, now mapped out and mowed..partly. I now discover through trial and error that the mower simply refuses to accept any more than its maximum allowance, and the overriding difference between the 800 1500 models is not simply battery size, but a limit that has been knowingly placed on the 800s programming so literally no more than 800m2 can be cut as a total per property.I am utterly astonished at this situation firstly, their numerous adverts and social media presence are misleading at best but fundamentally untruthful. They seem to be expecting any prospective customer to somehow technically map measure their lawns with a precision that rivals the mowers capabilities, before purchase?!In no shape or form on their advertising do you state that the 800 model is limited to 800m2 as a TOTAL for that property for lawns up to 800m2 does in no way inform the buyer that if one lawn is 600m2 and another is 300m2 again, such figures to be unknown until the device has been bought and mapped the areas ie. neither lawn is 800m2, then the mower will max out at 800m2 combined and leave the other 100m2 to merrily grow?!In short, I am either missing an unobvious method whereby I can overcome this limitation in which case I duly apologise for my lack of technical nous but Im not usually behind the door in this respect, or I am indeed correct. In which case I wish to return the item FOC as it is unsuitable for purpose and has been incorrectly advertised. However, that would rely on MAMMOTION Customer Service actually responding to my emails.

Wonderful customer support from Kathy. I preordered my Luba mini AWD in early January and was told that it would arrive in March. It arrived last week and I cannot wait to set it up. Throughout the process and before ordering, Kathy answered all my questions and always within 24 hours. She was extremely helpful and I am impressed with this level of customer support.Thank you Kathy.Steve

A couple of weeks ago I bought the Yukon Mini 600 on Bauhaus and put it to the test. It works as it should in the bigger picture but there is improvements to be made, especially in avoiding obstacles when turning around. Cuts the grass as expected.

I ordered a Yuka a view month ago, the delivery time was short and the mower was packed very well.Turing installation which was very easy I had an little incident I contacted Mammotion and they solved the problem quick and very competent.Until now the mower took some turns on my plot, so I can say until now the Yuka is working very well, also on very narrow areas and between the bushes it does a good job.In summary I have only positive impressions from my Yuka and also from Mammotion.

I recently purchased the MAMMOTION LUBA Mini AWD and couldnt be more satisfied. The entire order process was smooth and professional. When I had questions, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful fast, friendly, and solutionoriented.The device arrived in excellent packaging, and there is a wealth of support available for the setup and initial installation a large poster inside the box, detailed manuals, and many helpful videos online. Everything is designed to make the first steps as easy as possible.The LUBA Mini AWD impresses with its sleek design and is truly a hightech device that ticks all the boxes. I started using the remote control right away, and it was so much fun to see it in action! Im really looking forward to gathering more experience with it over the coming weeks.
