I recently purchased the MAMMOTION LUBA Mini AWD and couldnt be more satisfied. The entire order process was smooth and professional. When I had questions, the customer support team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful fast, friendly, and solutionoriented.The device arrived in excellent packaging, and there is a wealth of support available for the setup and initial installation a large poster inside the box, detailed manuals, and many helpful videos online. Everything is designed to make the first steps as easy as possible.The LUBA Mini AWD impresses with its sleek design and is truly a hightech device that ticks all the boxes. I started using the remote control right away, and it was so much fun to see it in action! Im really looking forward to gathering more experience with it over the coming weeks.

BEWARE !!! LUBA 2 broken down in 3 months with Horrid Support Service. I should have know its a Chinese brand

Bought the LUBA 2 for 2800, after 2 months the blade disc broke. It costed me 79 for the disc. Then on the 3rd months the machined stopped working. The only method to contact the support team based out of Germany is via chat or phone. Neither of the support channels work. It took 4 weeks to get someone responding. FInally after 4 weeks of constant Chatting and Phone Calls there was a Chinese guy on the other end of the phone who barely spoke english. He mentioned that the service response was poor as there was a week holiday in China which I donot believe was true. He mentioned that they would send a return label for warranty repair. No sign of the label after 2 weeks. Ite 6 weeks now and I have ended up buying a Petrol Lawnmower.

Great Lawn Mower

I have been using a Mammotion Luba AWD 5000 robotic lawn mower for the past 6 months. This is a great machine that completely changes the concept of automated lawn mowing and does it very well. I think this is the future direction for development of automowers.

Do your homework and enjoy your luba

There is a lot of info out there about how to set up and use a Luba. Just do your research and follow the manufacturer guidelines and you will have a wonderful experience. My Luba has worked flawlessly. Yes it gets high centered on an apple here and there but that is the only interruption I have had.Im very pleased with how the company has listened to customers and are updating there software from time to time making therere products better each time.

What a great company to deal with.

Just want to say that on placing my order I have been charged A87.00 for international transaction fees. Did not expect this. I was hoping this is not a scam web siteI sent a sent email to support and within 3 days after notifying Mamotion of the extra cost they have refunded the International Transfer Fee. Great as far as administration is concerned. Will now wait and see how we go with the delivery. After all the things that have happens I consider this company to be one of the best I have ever dealt with. They have responded to my every request and have been very efficient fixing my problem. Plus they have been extremely nice along the way. Definite 5 star as far as I am concerned.

Water is a big problem.

The technology is fantastic. The engineeringbuild is an issue. The RTK antenna is not water proof as the circuit board was sitting in an inch of rainwater that had gradually collected. It now does not function at all. I am now waiting to hear from Mammotion about what will happen next. It seems there are some simple fixes that could be made to prevent water problems. A redesign of the antenna shell without exposed seams should be a priority as there seem to be a lot of customers experiencing this issue. With that, I love this machine, and will continue to endorse it as I believe the company can fix this problem.

50 days, no solution,

it has been over 50 days since I reported a dead RTK. I have been promised it has been shipped on 8323 and was provided a USPS tracking number. As of today, 81472023, it has not shipped per 17track.net and USPS.com. Ive reached out to mammotion and have not received any response. At this time I would like a refund.

Poor service delivery

It has been over 3 months that I have been waiting for the additional garage and blade set I ordered beg of May on my LUBA. After what feels like tons of emails to the LUBA support team, I initially was told they would be with me in July. Its almost Mid August and Im still waiting.What is worse my order has now been closed out as delivered which it is not. I have checked Mammotion website to see what is in stock and what is not, and seems the garage and blade set are still for sale but yet mine have not arrived.Poor service delivery Mammotion!! My advise only order what they have dont buy things on preorder as you will wait months for it!

Grass chips elimination

The possibility for precise cutting is fabulous. I have owned other robotic mowers in the past, random cutting ones, but the quality cut of the Luba is far better.On the constructive criticism comment, never mow the lawn when it is humid because the Luba has problem of keeping the grass chips stuck under the blades.

Love the LUBA

Love the LUBA! Its efficient and saves me a ton of time. The UI updates have been great please keep them coming. One suggestion for the next model is to ditch the base station and allow differential corrections. Id install wifi to cover my property or pay for an extra LTE subscription not to have a base station.

Extremely satisfied with the product and customer service.This is a second time I bought a Luba 2 robotic mover which always performed solidly on a 2000 m2 yard. I like that their old products are getting improved with new features and performance enhancements through software updates as well as that their new products are released with notably enhanced performance figures.

Don't think about it, just get one

It works really well. I have a challenging yard with lots of obstacles and trees and the size is over an acre. I didnt think Id be able to get a robot mower until I discovered the Luba. As an engineer myself, its clearly designed well and built with impressive quality. Regular software updates bring improvements and new features. Ive been very happy overall.

MAMMOTION Luba AWD 5000

I have had the Luba 5000 for around 6 months. I can honestly say that its the best purchase to date. I have complex lawn layout, design, with slope and the Luba has been superb, navigating the layout with no problems. Cutting quality is great and with the regular cutting the lawn has thickened. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction watching the lawn being cut and hearing the neighbour busy mowing his. The updates to the firmware have been positive and I am excited about future updates. Absolute recommendation! Keep it up Mammotion.

Bought a Yuka 2000 Robot

Bought a Yuka 2000 Robot. When mowing only a small rectangular area of 500qm of my lawn, it needed at least 10 interventions of me as it kept stopping for changing reasons. The same lawn was mowed by a Husquarna Robot without problems for 15 years. It must be a joke.I tried the support team but am currently user 20 in line and it keeps dropping me out after 10 min of waiting, so support is poor. Also was promised contact by a technicsl tesm which did not happen the past 10 hours.

The good and bad

I really like that its wireless and you can mow straight or put any angle you want on your lawn.Dislikes...I have 3 Lubas to do my 2.5 ac yard. They sometimes stop, not getting stuck or hung up, just stop for no reason. If I dont see them quickly they turn off and go offline. When I start them back I have to do the whole yard again. Wont start where it quits once it goes offline.Another thing, I cant get them to hook up with my phone when Im not close to them. Also wont alert me when they stop. Probably cause they wont connect to my phone. They also skip a small strip like 2 or 3 inches here and there. Thats aggravating. I keep hoping they will come up with an update to fix these problems. Just havent seen one yet.I had 2 Husqvarna mowers before. These have a wider cut and makes the lawn look better. I didnt like the wires on the Husqvarna and didnt like it going everywhere. You had to run the all the time. Luba I cut 3 times a week. Hopefully updates are coming soon, then they will have 5 bright stars

Programming the Luba to cut the grass

Programming the Luba to cut the grass is frustrating and has to be done several times as the Luba doesnt get it right all the time. In one of my task areas the Luba keeps trying to mow where it should not. Very frustrating, indeed. But when Luba gets it right, its great.

Ordered a Luba2 AWD on 22 March

Ordered a Luba2 AWD on 22 March, estimated delivery was 10 to 12 April. Went on their customer support chat line today for an update, very disappointed with response, ETA is now end of April, but I will receive some spare blades to make up for my disappointment! Thought long and hard before ordering, wrongly assumed they had sorted their logisticsdistribution, looks like I was wrong!UPDATE I am delighted to report that my unit has just been delivered! On the negative side it is absolutely clear that customer services had no visibility of the company logistics. I will give a further update on performance when we have completed the set up.
