This is a 5 star product with a 3 star learning curve. After, honestly, 2025 hours of trial and error my Luba 5000 is working almost flawlessly. I have a big property which maxes out the Lubas limits. Ive set that up into 2 zones that are mowed every 3 days. Grass looks great and saves me 2.5 hours every week to focus elsewhere. One note routine maintenance is important. Keep the Luba clean and the blades sharp and you wont be disappointed. But if you expect this to be a set and forget experience I suspect you will have issues.

This machine has revolutionised my life. It has saved me from the drudgery of over 2 hours mowing in excess of 2000 sqm of lawns at least once a week, a task my advancing age was making harder to do. The steep banks and complex shapes of my lawns, with their many inset rocks and features, meant until Luba these lawns could only be mowed using a walk behind selfpropelled mower.Notwithstanding how impressed I am with Luba, do not expect it to be problem free. Conventional mowers are not problem free with Luba you just get different problems. Because Luba always takes the same path and steers like a tank, where it regularly turns it chews up the lawn. However, unlike a wire guided robot mower you can dynamically change its boundaries to mitigate that. If you live in a damp climate, it will like an ordinary mower need frequent cleaning but due to its small swing out blades this is a much more fiddly process. Also, because Luba relies on satellite signals, corrected to gain greater accuracy by a wirelessly connected RTK, it will in poor reception areas or where there are reflections lose its position and bump into rocks, walls or even drive or slip out of bounds. Luba does not like trees with thick foliage, but nor does grass. Again once you are aware of these problem areas you just dynamically adjust the boundary to avoid them. After 6 months my Luba is a little scratched from bumping off rocks but so is my walk behind mower. Luba is still a work in progress and has over the year with regular updates got steadily better. My greatest concern is the lack of a national agent and local repair agency and this is why I dropped a star. However, it has already paid for itself so if the worst happens I will simply replace it. All in all Luba is a stylish looking, really fun machine and tremendous value. I really love it!

After 5 months of use I can honestly say this is the best purchase Ive ever made! No more hot sweltering days or cold afternoons having to push a lawnmower! Lubas lines in yard are better than I can do! So easy to set up and mow with NO boundary wires! In winter months I can put Luba on a shelf freeing up parkingstorage area in my garage. Half the price of a zero turn mower! If bad weather predicted I can start Luba immediately remotely from anywhere not having to wait until I arrive home from work to mow. People stop their cars in front of my house and take videos of Luba working and ask me lots of good questions about it. I believe its the future of lawn care going forward!

first of all I bought a bracket for the antenna to mount it up higher that still has never arrived. second the programming instructions are not good at all, you should have better video or written directions on how to set up the mower to run at different speeds and use high grass mode if you dont want it to dodge every long blade of grass and create huge clumpy lawn areas that you then have to mow by hand. 3rd is you should provide optional gate systems for people like me to install so the mower can find its way through the gate and mow like the front yard or whatever. I made my own by handle and it works ok. 4th this mower will stop randomly in the middle of the yard at least once a week and you have go find it and cycle it and convince it to go home and charge. 5th is that it depends too heavily on bluetooth and not just wifi. If you want to log into it you have to physically get into bluetooth range and to reset it you have to manually press a sequence of buttons on the mower. This would be way better if you could do it all over wifi from another continent on your phone. Its a complicated gadget that no one in the house will attempt to deal with but me, but I am the guy who no longer has to mow all the time. I appreciate the help and its not terrible but it needs better software.

Mammotion have over the last few months updated their software for Luba multiple times, addressing the most common issues users have been having. They have sent out accessories, for free, to existing Luba owners, to improve the longevity of the Luba. All in all, a company I am happy to be associated with. Great product and great after sales support.

Worse customer service ever. No control on anything. Want to charge 3.6 for refund for a product that costs 2.200 euro and does not work. WARNING do not buy from them

I actually love this little mower. It saves me so much time. Initial setup is a little cumbersome figuring out what works for your particular yard but after that its absolutely great. It mows like a champ and the company keeps improving software and adding features based on customer suggestions.

When it works, its really nice, however, my Luba has not worked since 8123. I reported a trouble 24512 and have not heard a word from Mammotion. The RTK died after a firmware upgrade. After paying nearly 3000 for a mower, since my grass grows so fast, Im now having to pay someone to cut my lawn. This is not an experience that would instill confidence in anyone that buying this mower is a smart decision.

As a Kickstarter supporter of the Luba mower, I was prepared to deal with the growing pains associated with the launch of a brand new product. However, my experience has been remarkably smooth and trouble free. The mower is a solidly built piece of precision equipment and the RTK system is revolutionary. Their combination results in reliably accurate positioning throughout my entire property and a beautifully cut lawn. Ive also been impressed with Mammotions thoughtful consideration and timely implemention of software updates and hardware changes as a direct result of customer feedback.

The mower does a great job, and handles tasks very well. I see corrosion building on the front bumper and it is getting difficult to remove it. The main body has metal components and an internal spring to assist removal of the front bumper that are seeing corrosion as well. It would be helpful if the garage would cover the bumper as it gets wet when it rains. I now only mow during the day and put the mower inside when it rains. The front bumper gets very wet from morning or evening dew. If the front bumper sensor is damaged the unit will not operate. I dont expect it will last 2 years under normal operation and maintenance.

I ordered a luba 2 3 weeks ago as they emailed me and said they had them in stock and woould ship the item in 23 days. They have created a DPD ticket but not actually asked DPD to collect the item from them. When I enquired about the delay, they said DPD were having problems and were unable to collect the item form them, which I found hard to believe. After another enquiry they created a tracking number with DHL, but again just a notication of intention to ship one day. I have asked a few times for a refund but they refuse to acknowledge my request. Im getting worried theyll go bust while holding my money. This is a start up company that does seem to be getting a bit of bad press, so it does make you wonder. I would reccomend looking elsewhere. It looked like a good deal for the price, but I wish I had just paid more and gone with with a legitemte company with decent customer service. Oh dear They still refuse to accept that I have cancelled my order.

I purchased a YUKA 1000 and had it set up a mowing in about 12 hours. However I found that one of my mowing area was hilly and rough, and I should have purchases the four wheel drive Luba 2. After realizing my mistake I contacted customer service and they agreed to a full refund and they provided return shipping at their cost! I immediately ordered the Luba 2 which should arrive shortly. Mammotion solved my mistake of ordering the wrong mower for my situation, I was afraid I would have been stuck with a mower that was suitable for 90 of my lawn but not all. I am very satisfied with their service and immediate response. Well done

Beware of this cheap Chinese toy . Bought the LUBA2 for 2500 3 months back. Has stopped working after a firmware upgrade the support involve sending a email and raising a ticket there after its email ping pong there is an unwillingness to fix the issue as its not their problem any more the toy was sold and they have the money will have to scrap and write off the 2500 purchase sadly

I could not be more pleased with my Luba. It has performed amazingly well. I have not used my riding mower at all since putting Luba in to service. About once a week, I get out my string trimmer and trim around the edges and I use my push mower in my ditches. It takes about 1520 minutes to do that and Luba does the rest. It feels like Ive moved in to a different era.

The Mammotion tech team were responsive after I had made it through the chat phase and through to email dialogue which took a couple of attempts. They were able to respond to my questions within 24 hours and brought solutions.

I paid 2699 in full payment for a Luba on 12 July. By 2nd August it hadnt arrived, so I reckoned that if this was an example of the companys presales service, what would its aftersales be like? So I cancelled the order, asking for a full refund, which they acknowledged, but asking me to be patient about the refund in itself an unbelievably unprofessional request. Its now 24th August, with no refund, and my patience is exhausted. Theyre very quick to take your money, very slow to deliver the goods and even slower to refund you. i call that nearcriminal behaviour, leading me to suspect that Mammotion are quite simply a bunch of utter crooks.

I ordered a Luba 5000 on 12th July and paid 2600 for a 10 day delivery window. After several emails I was told it was shipped on 4th August and I was provided a FedEx tracking number. After it sitting in the FedEx office for several days I was told by FedEx they had shipped it back to the sender as it was classed as dangerous goods. After several more emails Mammotion said they would contact their logistics department to get it shipped out again. Now end of August and radio silence. There should of been a clue when there isnt an address or phone number on their site and the only contact is through email which seems to be handled by AI. I and now trying to get my money back through my CC company. Do not throw your money away.

Great solution for mowing very steep mountainside backyard. I have Parkinsons and it became impossible for me to mow my steep hill with traditional gas and electric selfpropelled mowers. This new mower reaches a mowing solution which has given me a new life. I can groom our hill so effectively and complete its wonderful. I wish the app was as complete. It needs some work! Ability to size display of areas in detail. Control in planning is very difficult. Remote mowing. Video gaming controller interface would be wonderful.
