Solidly built mower; cuts great

Solidly built mower. Cuts great accurately follows programmed boundaries. Unlike a previous robotic mower I had, it doesnt get stuck or turned upside down. Mounting RTK antenna to house 10 ft off ground with good view of sky is important the first 2 places I tried had poor signal so I had to start all over again setting boundaries. Software is imperfect but workable. Expect to spend at least 5 hours with setup. Customer support is weak, according to other reviews.

I love my mower since all I do is week

I love my mower since all I do is week whack now. I love being able to send my mower out and do other chores around my house. But I think there is still many things that need work. There needs to be a way to edit the maps, I mow my lawns in zones due to having a large yard. Especially since finding different problem areas and I have to delete and redo my maps. Being able to edi would make a world of difference. Next would be notifications, it sometimes get stuck. Then I do not know unless I go outside to check or my neighbor will text me when it gets stuck. The final thing would be to be able to locate via WIFI, because if I am not in bluetooth range I dont know if it is stuck or not.I love being able to pick the height of cut, great feature besides it being a robot mower. And love the look of it as well, reminds me of the Batmobile, just need to get it a garage now. One final thing, and it is a Wishlist item To be able to change the direction of mowing. Example, when doing borders, one week, for it to go clock wise then the following, counter clockwise. Along with changing directions of the regular mowing.Keep up the work, I definitely do not regret getting the mower. I know features will keep being added. Thank you for all the work.

Luba 2 AWD - 5 of 5 stars

I have the Luba 2 AWD for a year now. Commissioning is very quick and is described in detail. The mapping of my almost 2000sqm property took me less than an hour. There was nothing more to do afterwards. I am very satisfied and would choose the Luba 2 again at any time.

Great Product and Service

Once I got the RTK set to the best location, mapping was a breeze. Then working with Luba on capabilities, I am so comfortable and extremely pleased with my purchase. I only reached out to customer service e twice and they were very response, supportive to resolve my situation.It has been awhile , few and far between to get a great quality product and supportive company. I am very pleased and I am considering buying a second unit.I have had the Luba 5000 for a few months and love it! I sit on the porch drinking a beer as Luba does the work! Excellent!

The LUBA 2 mower works perfectly. Coming from a Worx and Segway, this is by far better. Customer service is ok missing a phone support option, but they are ok at responding.

Placed order for Luba a 2 on 240425 on the basis website advising late April delivery and website shipping policy states 25 business days.They have taken my money no updates after a few days chased customer services 3 times with no apology the latest response advising Could you please wait patiently? If your going to take thousands of pounds of people dont false advertise lead times and have a shipping policy that isnt followed

Os informo del problemaMAMMOTION Despus de menos de un ao de usar el Luba 1 3000 awd se han daado los dos motores de las cuchillas, el Servicio Tcnico dice que la garanta no cubre la avera EL SOBRECALENTAMIENTO ES POR SOBRE ESFUERZO DE LOS MOTORES, ES UN FALLO AJENO ALMOTOR, YA QUE ESTE NO PRESENTA DAOS ESTRUCTURALES DE FABRICACIN.Dicen que el csped acumulado los ha daado, es un problema conocido y un fallo de diseo. El Luba me ha costado 2850 euros. La reparacin ms el envo otros 400 euros. Insisto NO TE DEJES ENGAAR, NO COMPRES LUBA !!! LUBA DO NOT BUY IT!!! Good mower

Useless without reply from tech support

LUBA 5000 itself works great. Antenna range is excellent to cover 2 acres. The user interface is not that intuitive and too small on a smartphone. The app is not supported on laptop or Chromebook, so you cant use it on a larger screen. Trying to navigate it on a smartphone is difficult for a large and complicated area. I wish this can be done using a regular game joystick. It supports multiple separate areas, but only one path between them which causes the grass to be worn on that path because it has to go back and forth many times to recharge. It needs to allow for wider and random path to avoid this. It quits suddenly when location signal is lost rather than attempting to reverse whatever it was doing for a short distance to get the signal back. It needs an option to resume when manually stopped say, it started raining and sent home to recharge. Otherwise it has to mow the whole area again which could be 2 acres and that can take multiple days to finish.

Perfectly cut lawn

Perfectly cut lawn. The app needs a bit of study and after the first mapping I look at how the mower worked to understand better the way it operates. Based on observation I did the mapping again to avoid unnecessary small area turn and turn. Tall trees are indeed an issue Luba does not work below them. Overall I am very satisfied with the result the time I save mowing and the quality of the cut.

How fast can you get a feature in a product?

I bought my Luba 1000 in July and it has worked flawlessly since then. I read many stories of woe, but, touch wood, none of them have happened to me.My recent interaction with Mammotion was a feature request to be able to activatedeactivate schedules. I received a very speedy reply saying it was a good idea and the development teams were looking to implement it soon. It came out in the next monthly update.

Great when it actually works.

The mower seems to not keep the original outline of my house. It has been hung up on my border time and time again. I have also found it sitting dead about 8ft in front of the charger as well. I wish you could start where it left off, but several times I have had to start over from the beginning.

Mammotion Luba 1000

The Mower It is outstanding on inclines. There is only one small area of an incline it can not cut and that because theres a dip, which causes the mower to bottom out.Im having an issue with it leaving several blades of cross uncut along its cutting path. Im not sure if it is a design flaw or one of the blades is already dull. But Ive had that problem out of the box. This occurs even after cutting the yard in both directions. This unacceptable for a mower especially for 2,000.One thing that was not fully explained prior to purchase was how much open sky you need for the mower to be fully functional. I have two large trees in my yard and every time the mower goes under them, it loses reception. So, my yard that should take 5 hours to do two passes, takes over 18 hours. Im currently waiting for bar to mount it on my house. The good thing about it being electric is, its so quiet, I can let it run at night.The Software It was relatively easy to create the boundary and the no go areas. I did have to play around with how close I could drive the mower to objects when creating the boundary. So, I had to delete and reset the boundary a few times. There are several preset settings for the type of mowing you want. From single pass to double pass to the level of precision of the cut. I would like the mower to connect to the phone via WiFi instead of Bluetooth. Customer Service Currently the only way to communicate with the company is through email, which is very frustrating. When I first ordered the mower, it was sent back after reaching my state. When I emailed them, I received a reply several days later with a link to the order that was sent back. Then I received a separate email that an order had been shipped to me but did not specify what the order was or give me any tracking info. To their credit, it was shipped priority.I ordered the bar to mount on my house over a month ago and I have not received any info on when it should arrive. Overall, Id give the mower and company 2.5 stars and I cant recommend it until the issue with not cutting some of the grass is resolved.

Terrible customer support

While I had it working for the 22 days of ownership. The mower stopped charging I have sent countless emails all they keep asking for are more pictures and log feedback reports of all the emails I have sent them 20 plus photos and videos of the problem also sent them 4 log feedbacks as per their request. How many emails and logs do you need to fix the problem so in my opinion customer support is non existent that is there down fall
