Great mower. Saves me 6.5 hours of manual mowing every time it cuts! It can mow through the night and when its raining. The garden looks great all the time.

I love the mower 5000. The front bumper broke at the connection. The mower still works but it leaves uncut strips of grass. No way to cut through 4 in high patches. Cannot set up a schedule. Impossible to get ahold of customer support or tech support

This one awesome robotic lawnmower. I received mine 3 months ago. I have not had to mow the lawn as it has performed so well in that time. There have been regular Software updates that continually improve the performance. The ongoing support is superb. Very happy with my purchase.

Love Luba Replaced my Worx landroid wr155. had the wr155 for two years. Luba has solved all the shortcomings the Landroid had. The lawn looks fantastic with the lines. Do not have to find broken boundary wire. My lawn has a hill in the back yard and if the grass was slightly wet the wr155 would slide past the wire by an inch or two and have to be rescued. Luba has no problem. I would like to be able to have more control of luba by wifi. Im a truck driver and am away from home days at a time so when there is a problem I cant correct it from the road. This Issue has only happened once but it would be nice if i had more control when on the road.

UpdateI received the product and they shipped without giving an update, I just got an SMS from the shipping company.The robot did its first job and Im satisfied. The whole installation process is really simple. As of the user experience on the app is smooth.I think it could do better in the edges but this functionality gap is spread across the market. It seems that this robot has the hardware to trim the edges better and its a matter to enable the software function.Initial reviewIm one of the customers with having delivery issues. They dont have product in stock yet the have debited my credit card. Its like they are financing their operations with a promise to deliver something they dont have.Im now wondering if the company is solvent. I ordered 9 days ago, contacted customer service but they simply have no idea of what to say.When I put on the table to cancel the order I got a reply about their terms and conditions. Specifically, that you will be charged a transaction fee. Depending on your country of residence this may well be not legal. I decided not to cancel the order because I really want to test the product but I have started to have second thoughts.If they dont ship my product this week I will take the case to the competition and consumer authority.

What I like. I like the Luba AWD 5000 and so far its doing a great job cutting my grass on a slope with a steep hill on the property. It was easy to set up and Im now currently making the installation permanent. What I think could be improved. When its going to cut, the channels between cutting areas I have 4 splitting an acre it uses exactly the same track and as a result, there are ruts and donuts as it use the same part of the grass each time. The ability to widen the channel and Luba to randomise the entry between different cutting areas would lessen that effect. Also leaving the charger it also creates a track and donut.What Id like. The ability to operate the Luba from my phone while it cuts the grass. I have a thick, tree boundary where it stops and if I could manually cut this area, that would be good. What I hate. The communication from customer services is pathetic. When I ordered the machine, it was over 2 weeks late no communication from C.S. And it was supposed to be tracked when delivered. Luba was delivered luckily my wife was at home, otherwise a 2950 machine may have been left at the door or not delivered and therefore mess me about. I actually got the tracking email the day after delivery. Also not all of what I ordered has yet been delivered. Im still waiting for my wall mounting bracket 75 and additional blades. Customer Services has told me they were contacting logistics but Im waiting around 45 weeks as I write this and still no sign of them. What Im really scared aboutIf Luba breaks down or something happens, there are currently no dealerships in Northern Ireland and I worry about what would happen in the event of a breakdown. Would they send me a loan machine while its being fixed? How long would it take to fix? Would they respond to me contacting them? Do they have an ethos for after service? Do they care about their customers? Ive already had quite a few people call to see Luba operating, all of whom have large gardens and the money to purchase and looking for a robotic solution. I gave a really positive thumbs up demonstration of Lubas excellent performance, the only thing I couldnt give was a recommendation to buy. I told them to also look at Husqvarna, Kress and a few others featured on YouTube because of my concern for customer service. If customer service was excellent, replied promptly and were reassuring, I would have unreservedly recommended they purchase the Luba 5000. I put my money where my mouth was and took the risk but did want to be responsible for my friends spending the money and perhaps being hung out to dry by poor or nearly non existent customer service. I Love my Luba 5000 but the jury is out on backup!!!! Where are my blades and my bracket??? Remember if you are a contented customer you will tell your friends, if you are not happy YOU WILL TELL EVERYONE. Im still positive but wary with poor customer service.

I purchased the Luba 5000 in mid April 2023 which arrived early May and have been over all very happy with the mower. I have some very big inclines on my property and the Luba handles it with grace.I do occasionally have issues with connectivity to the satellites, but this seems to only occur under low hanging trees. Im pretty sure this is the case with most others as the mower needs clear view of the sky when it is operating.I am very satisfied with mammotions updates to the mower and the smartphone app. It seems like they really listen to the community and their recommendations to make their product more user friendly and more capable.Overall Im very happy with mammotion and the Luba mower. Would recommend!

ITS REALLY A GREAT GREAT MOWER NOW AND THAN IT CAN GET ALITTLE OFF ITS TRACK BUT FOR THE MOST PART ITS THE BEST I WOULD BUY AGAIN IN A MINUTE THE LUBA 5000 IS THE BEST THING EVER FOR YARD MOWING
