The rtk antenna couldnt be updated has needed first version from the kickstarter to be used with the new Luba firmware. An exchange was sent quickly and even with some delays due to the change form of the plug socket between the generation, an adapter has been sent right away.

LUBA 1 11 months old . Mine worked for one session after being stored over the winter. I will add that SUPPORT was extreemly good from Mammotion. After troubleshooting with them it was determined I needed to send it in so I did. A week or so later they said my Luba1 was not repairable due to water damage. perhaps before winter storage. I was pleased that they honored the warrantee and sent me another complete unit as a replacement along with another 2yr warrantee. The replacement was brand new in the box. I am happy and very satisfied in the way my support ticket was handled from start to finish.

Terrible customer service! My mower has been broken now for nearly a month. I was told they would pick it up and Im still waiting. The communication is terrible, and now I feel Im just being ignored. Wish Id never used this company.

Update 22nd April Mower now received and it certainly lives up to the previous reviews in terms of performance After the initial delays on shipping etc I was starting to feel hard done by not now i have it it has enabled me to park my big ride on mower for the summer grass has been mowed 3 times now over 3500 sq m grass is healthier my neighbor cant stop driving past and monitoring i am spending lots of time just watching it work whilst i enjoy a sundowner very impressed and would recommend to everyone apart from my neighbour !!!

N. Ireland. Bought the Luba1 5000 in July23. A great mower and was delighted with it. It was garaged and kept from elements from October23 til April24 and then started using again. All went well till I received an error message on the App Hall sensor on rear left wheel fault in the 2nd. week of May and it had to go for repair to the UK. It was collected the last week of May by Mammotion and that had been the end of my mower! After a week I had to contact them and was told it was beyond repair Water damage, they later claimed and they would send out a replacement within 3 days. At the end of the following week I contacted them again always by email and via an open Ticket and the response was an apology with a promise it would definitely be dispatched the following week. Nothing arrived so contacted them again and was assured a replacement had been dispatched. That was 10 days ago and nothing. No mower and out of pocket 2,900! Now the 6th. July. Appalling after service. Such a good product but could never recommend it due the experience Ive had.

My luba1 was crushed by a 2T car and was totally break down 3 of the 4 Wheels were crushed, the lights were gone and the front bumper out of line BUT the after sales team Germany told me it is possible to repair . I sent them it back from France prepaid label and Tada ! After 1 month I receive my luba1 totally efficient and repaired. The follow up done by Mammotion Support team was just incredible they answer in a day, were very pleasant and taking care of my concerns and the workshop did a very great job on repair.I am VERY SATISFIED with Mammotion after sales support service . I was one of the kickstarter contributor so I believed in the product quite early but after 2 years of daily use , a difficult landscape to maw 8 areas and a test of the after sale service I do recommend strongly this robot mawer ! Special thank to Moomoo from Mammotion support team.

I read up, watched setup videos so when it arrived I had it up and working for me in a couple of hours. Virtually without issues. Sometimes it gets close to obstacles like basement wall or rock border. But, doing its job with the taps of my finger.

Ordered sweeper and yuka 2000 on 10th March.M8595EUHave received sweeper,but have not received mower. Now they are saying in one of two email replies, that it has been delivered.To Mammotion I have not received the Yuka 2000.I am writing here as they seem to reply albeit a copy and paste type reply.They say they will check order and reply, but do not reply.Very poor customer service.Next step PayPal.

Extremely happy with this mower, Ive got the AWD 5000 and man is it some machine. The build quality, cutting quality and usability. Definitely the most striking lawnmower, visually that Ive ever seen Ive even got the go faster racing sticker pack?? Its so easy to set up and use, I did go the extra mile and mounted the RTK base on the side of the garage and it is well worth it, 40 satellites engaged constantly. Ive got a very steep section in the back lawn and theres absolutely no issues with it whatsoever. This bad boy can cut it in any direction it wants toFrom top to bottom I am just delighted with this mower

I had a very rough start with my LUBA. I was unable to connect to it at all and spent several hours over the course of many days working on it. Once I figured out my VPN setting were the problem it was easy to rectify. I though tech support did a poor job of trouble shooting that and I believe is going to be a bigger issue then they suspect but I digress. After I got the unit operational its been perfect. I have no interest in a fancy lawn and although its not a perfect cut lawn it holds up to my standards. I would buy this several times over and hope to never mow a lawn again.

Sent in my 2 year old Luba 1 for repairs to replace the rubber accordion pieces that had cracked over time and the technician deemed the parts to be unrepairable. Theyve offered to send me a refurbished unit as a replacement under warranty.

I needed a new part for my Luba 2awd 5000. Mammotion sent the replacement part quickly and efficiently and followed up to make sure l had received the part. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Mammotion to anybody who is interested in purchasing a robotic lawnmower.

I patiently waited to see the reviews from all the robot mowers come in over the Summer and some longterm ones too. Luba seemed like the clear winner with speed of bug fixes and responsiveness to customer needs. Ive been loving my Luba. I know look forward to cutting my yard even though Im not really the one cutting it. Lol.

Terrible experience with this company. Yuka broke after 2 months usage. Returned it on December 2nd 2024, as Feb 1st 2025, the unit has not been returned. There is no UK Customer Service. It is managed out of China. All communication is by email and totally unclear. I was told on Jan 6th that the repair was being rushed. Then told on Feb 1st that the repair didnt start until Jan 23rd. Still waiting for it...bit of a mess.Update just for accuracy and truth. The Mammotion after sales team is not helping me resolve anything. I have received zero communication as to when I will get the mower back despite waiting over 2 months. What the Mammotion representative has said below is simply not true. If it is true, please post on here exactly what is being done.
