Ordered the Luba 2 5000 which was shipped with a key installation part missing. Ive reached out four times via email they dont allow you to phone with zero response other than the automated we have received your email. Literally silence. No idea what you do if you require a part under warranty. Really poor. Especially when youve paid a significant amount for a mower and not received the order in full and the items you need to use ityou need to know this before you order. Be aware!
