Review Time
The process to start a lease is easy. their customer service and follow-up is absolutely horrible. My lease clearly states it can be cancelled at any time and the merchandise returned . I contacted them 2 weeks ago to cancel and initiate a return and they are not responding- I only have an email it is being researched. When you call the number you can'? ? ?t get to anyone in returns or to a manager. The customer service rep just states returns is working on it and to watch for an email from them. So they don'? ? ?t reply, don'? ? ?t take calls and keep withdrawing payment when I have notified of the cancellation for weeks i'? ? ?ve used them several times but this will be the last.
I am somehow still being charged but cannot access my account. Like, NOTHING. I get an error when I try to log in that says there is an issue with the account but every time I call they put me on hold and come back and tell me it is a glitch and to wait 24 hours. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS. Will someone PLEASE contact me to tell me what the heck is going on?! That does not seem ethical because i cant see how many payments are left and I believed they are paid off.
