The process to start a lease is easy. their customer service and follow-up is absolutely horrible. My lease clearly states it can be cancelled at any time and the merchandise returned . I contacted them 2 weeks ago to cancel and initiate a return and they are not responding- I only have an email it is being researched. When you call the number you can'? ? ?t get to anyone in returns or to a manager. The customer service rep just states returns is working on it and to watch for an email from them. So they don'? ? ?t reply, don'? ? ?t take calls and keep withdrawing payment when I have notified of the cancellation for weeks i'? ? ?ve used them several times but this will be the last.

The concert itself was great. I believe it was the first 'Chelmsford Live' gig.Arrival and facilities were all good. Leaving the site was a DISASTER!! It took longer to leave the car park than time spent watching Justin Timberlake on stage and this was with paying '? ?25 for 'premium parking". They need to sort this situation out, it became quite dangerous

Swimming is an issue, the lifeguards do not do anything about the people who are swimming in the slow lane that swim straight down the middle and could go in a faster lane, as someone who is a slow swimmer, I find it very frustrating and I have complained about this before and nothing gets done

The Calibrachoa arrived half out of the pot, with loose soil spilling everywhere and the plant looking limp and damaged a?? absolutely not the quality I expected, especially after repeated issues.After previous complaints, I received an email from the company admitting that their quality team were not 100% happy with the Calibrachoa Graffiti, Calibrachoa Goodnight Kiss, and Petunia Double Tumbelina a??Rosy Ripplea?? stock. They said they were awaiting fresh stock and gave me the option to either wait (with no estimated delivery date) or request a refund a?? which highlights they knew full well the plants werena??t in acceptable condition.Despite that, I still received another substandard delivery. This suggests a serious lack of care and a pattern of knowingly sending out poor-quality goods.At this stage, I no longer trust the company and will be contacting Trading Standards to raise a formal complaint. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them until they make significant improvements in quality control and customer care

Initially wrong item delivered. Online return service not working. Now trying to return an item have been told to wait in for collection twice when calling contact centre, only to call again to be told ‘it’s difficult to collect small items’ and to be told I need to drop it off. Why offer a service you can’t actually provide?
