another financing option that charges a ton of hidden fees and screws over the end user if they don'? ? ?t pay within 90 days. If you use this, you will pay double to triple the amount of the item you purchase. Best to avoid it and use affirm or klarna

I was told I was approved,I was not

I was told I was approved,I was not provided the option to check out my cart,I am still waiting on my initial payment refund,and a contract was generated like if I had received the goods,an email reminder was sent to me that stated it was a payment reminder when Katapult never provided me with any service.upon speaking w customer service representative and holding for an hour to have my account closed.It was the biggest inconvenience that dragged for days.

Was offered $1,000 in credit however could only use half and was told that I had to wait 30 days to use the other half????

Signed up for a lease

Signed up for a lease. Paid a $400 down payment. Order never went through the company. Katapult still has my money and have gotten no support. Still making me pay and never received anything.

I put two stars only because I ordered

I put two stars only because I ordered from custom offsets. And their website gave me the wrong rim size for my truck. Luckily they noticed it and contacted me about it to change it. So they said they would cancel the order from Katapult. They cancelled almost a week ago now and have still gotten no response from Katapult about canceling the order.

This service is a joke and waist of

This service is a joke and waist of time. I spent 3 hrs loading my cart....then for them to say my items dont qualify.....the only thing i gained was a massive headache.....please dont waist yalls time
