I was told I was approved,I was not provided the option to check out my cart,I am still waiting on my initial payment refund,and a contract was generated like if I had received the goods,an email reminder was sent to me that stated it was a payment reminder when Katapult never provided me with any service.upon speaking w customer service representative and holding for an hour to have my account closed.It was the biggest inconvenience that dragged for days.
