It takes 3 to 5 business days to cancel order but that'? ? ?s not the problem.they still took a second payment even though I called to cancel. Do you mean to tell me in this day and age they cannot stop that? I'? ? ?m done doing business with them!
I found the merchant that I made my purchase from through the Katapult app. I guess I had trusted the catapult had already vetted the merchant that they allowed to use their services, but that is not the case. I was scammed. The only way that I can cancel my lease is if the merchant reaches out to Katapult and tell them that the merchandise has been received however, the merchant is a scammer and is not returning my calls or emails. Not only am I stuck with a camera that does not work, but it is also gray market and not a US model like promised. Katapult has not been helpful in helping me resolve this issue.
I canceled an order through amazon financed through katapult. Amazon refunded the money to katapult on May 6. Today is May 23, Katapult will not refund my money and is still taking it out of my account even though i have sent them proof from amazon 5 times that they cancelled the order because they didn'? ? ?t deliver the product and refunded the money. Katapult is a joke. I also ordered a coffee table through Wayfair back in January and never received. katapult says deal with Wayfair, wayfair says deal with katapult and guess what? I'? ? ?m still paying on something i never received. Do not take the chance. You'? ? ?ll be stuck getting switched from '? ? ?help to customer service to problem with payment to customer service.'? ? ? Just not worth it and you will still have to pay. Ripoff.
