I created an account then found I incorrectly entered my zip code crossing up two of the numbers. App won't let you edit the profile to fix it. Contacted customer service and they want you to email a photo id and proof of residence. I mean seriously none of this was needed to create an acct but to change a simple zip code error requires submitting lots of documentation? Something seems off about this company so I requested they delete all my info. If they can't fix an obvious zip code error what's going to happen when a billing error arises? AVOID!
This company is seriously lacking communications and simple computer documentations of conversations between clients and your company! This company tries to push charges through your bank account even after knowing that you will call to make payments (prior to receiving products!). I have been charged a total of 11- 35-dollar overdraft fees due to your mistakes. No one will take accountability, nor reimburse me for said mistake once they realize it WAS INFACT a mistake on their part. I cannot believe how deceitful this company is, it is fraudulent but rides the line of being charged. I have my attorney working on this as we speak. BJ Zhorne
The app has been down for a day and half , before it went down I was in the middle of purchasing something and was approve then the app crashed and denied my purchase. The app is still down and I have to wait 30 days to reapply because the app doesn'? ? ?t work. I don'? ? ?t understand how u can let your app be down this long.
I purchased four (4) Michelin Defender 17'? ? ? tires from Tire Agent. Katapult was providing the credit. My tires arrived very timely and Katapult had already run the first payment through when my installer called me and advised they had sent the wrong size tires. They sent 16'? ? ? as opposed to the correct size of 17'? ? ?. I have since talked to Tire Agent 4 times and Katapult 3 times. At this time, nothing has been accomplished in regard to shipping wrong tires back and correct size tires being shipped to me. Sales price was good however; don'? ? ?t know what I am going to do to get tires swapped. Very disappointing! James Hughes
