The Bitswyft platform in particular is very unreliable. it's been down about 3 times in the past 2 weeks (and always at the worst time). Today for example, the none marketable order I placed didn't show in the Open Orders window (and cancel did nothing). After restarting the platform - which sometimes helps - I was unable to connect. Had to use the mobile app to close the position (as the order filled whilst I was faffing about - proof that the cancel did nothing). It was about 1.5 hours before it was all resolved (L2, working charts, etc).Their support is less than helpful - mostly stock responses from a remote support team somewhere.It's a shame, because when it works I like the platform - but how can it be trusted in the long run!In short: if you're desperate then it'll do, but I'd scale your position based on the fact that it might die at any moment (especially around market open).

I would like to comment on the absolute fantastic service I received from Madalina.I was so upset and frustrated with trying to login to my account. I kept getting and error multiple times and I almost gave up. I decide to try one more time with talking to someone on live chat, she was there instantly and explained it in few simple words. Ita ? ?s like she realized my mistake immediately and insisted of me doing that particular correction. Smooth transactions at times. Some of the companies that offer surveys are taking up a ton of people's time by portraying that you qualify for their survey and then after you answer tons of questions, they'll cut you off and say that you don't qualify!!! That's very deceitful and false advertising to say the least. Something should be done to hold them responsible for this. Also several times that I did fully complete a survey, I was never paid for it!!! Not good.

Ik zit thuis te wachten op een duur kledingstuk. Ik houd mijn voordeur in de gaten vanaf de bank. Krijg ik later een melding: je was niet thuis, afgegeven bij de buren. Bij de buren zijn bouwvakkers aan het werk. De buren zijn er zelf niet. Weg kledingstuk. Dat je als bezorger niet de tegenwoordigheid van geest hebt om daar NIET een pakket aan te geven, ongelooflijk. Bedankt DHL!!!
