The will writing was very helpful and made sure everything was Included. That being said the upsell is real and there are additonal documents you may or may not find useful that cost a hefty additon on top of the initial will writing. Also quite pushy for the will storage. Other then that the service itself was great.

SCAM DONT USE - sent an Iphone in which was purchased by mistake by a relative. The phone was brand new and in it's box and had never been activated (it was still at the welcome screen). Got an offer so sent in as "good" condition, not even new which it was because the box was opened. After sending it in I got a revised offer ?80 less than. the original offer because "it didn't match the condition".The reason I know it matched the condition is because it was literally brand new and never used!This is obviously just a SCAM to get your phone and then knock down the price regardless.###UPDATE##So I declined the offer and asked for my phone to be returned and then literally 2 minutes later I got another email saying (in that 2 mins) someone had found my phone, reassessed it and they were now willing to offer me ?40 less than the original offer rather than ?80 less. All this in 2 minutes! wow their technicians must work fast!Some less trusting people might take this as them deliberately giving a lower price in the hope that it's just accepted then offering a better price when it's declined. Needless to say I didn't accept the offer.
