I created an account then found I incorrectly entered my zip code crossing up two of the numbers. App won't let you edit the profile to fix it. Contacted customer service and they want you to email a photo id and proof of residence. I mean seriously none of this was needed to create an acct but to change a simple zip code error requires submitting lots of documentation? Something seems off about this company so I requested they delete all my info. If they can't fix an obvious zip code error what's going to happen when a billing error arises? AVOID!
