Never have been able to get it to work I'm approved but still does not work with Amazon this is third time I've tried to use it .my last time also I won't be using their service I'm already annoyed and haven't even dealt with them . Can't imagine it would get better Don't know what their assistance would do . I was approved for 1500 and did not use it so they cancelled it Then was approved for 1000 so I lost 500 for nothing as nothing has changed and when I try to use it nothing it just does not work with amazon . Now I've lost my phone so ill never have time to even try to use it now interested in talking to katapult in over It my credit is not bad I'll make my purchases another way it's really not worth the stress to me .iv had same job 17 years own my home out right and not interested in your service
Awesome experience being a first timer..Will consider to anyone including self again in near future..Make sure to read guidelines and agreements carefully..I submitted an early payments to stay on task,Not sure of the turnout being the withdrawal process is automatic..Hopefully it counts,Not to overdraft my account!You can pay off completely or continue the agreement..Pay it off before the 90days to avoid interest!
Device damaged upon arrival, service doesn'? ? ?t work as it is the internal antenna on the iPhone 16 pro max. Closest certified repair shop is an hour away so couldn'? ? ?t use device for the first 3 days. Will see if Apple chooses to attempt repair or just replace.
Your customer service sucks and can obviously only repeat one statement over and over and over and that is to call the other company and then conference call your company in so a refund can be processed and the whole thing can start over. I am not impressed.
