The tech people are excellent and helpful. But SiteGround's expert care is often a painful experience. First they only allow a 650 character limit to explaining the problem (650 characters not 650 words!). On top of that, there's no character count function, so you have to cut and paste and edit it and count the characters in another program. PAINFUL! Second, instead of billing you by the hour or half-hour for expert help, they force you to buy credits that expire in 30 days if you don't use them. They said that it would normally take 2 credits to clean malware, but they took all three that I purchased. There's no real reason why credits should expire. I can only guess that this is a way to make people overbuy credits and then not get ANYTHING for the unused credits. I like that the SiteGround's people are really knowledgeable and helpful but I won't recommend SiteGround to anyone.

My experiences between this agent and the agent from 8/17 were night and day. The agent today was helpful, respectful, and able to solve my issue easily. The agent from yesterday was rude, patronizing, and pretended like he didn't know what to do. I am shocked by the difference in quality between tech support reps.

Me and 2 friends booked a girls spa day online with the thermal spa and some treatments each. When we got to the spa the receptionist told us that 2 of our treatments were to be done at 9am and one person would go to the thermal spa alone which is not what we had planned. She said that the therapists were very busy and we can't have our treatments at the same time and after our treatments we should use the thermal spa which would have just washed all the product off. Unfortunately during my de-stress massage all I could think about was the mess up. After the treatment we then waited in the reception for our friend to have her treatement :( The receptionist recommended that we come back another day to have out thermal spa and out friends could get 1hour with us at a new date. When we returned on our new date we was greeted by the lovely Teesha she was accommodating, kind and very professional and is the reason why I am giving the 4 stars if we hadn't experienced the mess up at the beginning and felt very stressed (which isn't how you should feel as you enter a spa) then it would be 5 stars for the treatments, facilities and the lovley Teesha

Poor customer service. The link to customer service is hard to find and once you get through the lines are poor and you can’t hear the person on the phone. I have called twice to return an item and the first time I was told the item would be collected on the Thursday. The person did not turn up and I didn’t miss them as I was working from home. I called again this morning. Again a poor line and the handler was difficult to make out. I was assured I would receive a label this time for Royal Mail. As of 19.55 I still await this label. There is no excuse for this as the email address was confirmed! I am concerned I will be stuck with this item.

Ordered 2 fitbit sense 2 straps, one supposedly being called light pink. However, on arrival it was not light pink as shown on their website but definitely a salmon pink co!our. Emailed via the helpdesk email address given where it said they would reply with 24 hours. No such luck. No response whatsover to my 3 emails regarding the colour of the strap sent or a refund. Not impressed at all with this company

I ordered a hoodie bundle and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The hoodie arrived with a large hole on the side (hope I could attach the photo)!!! And the overall quality did not match the expectations set by their advertisements. The material is overly thick, making the hoodie uncomfortable and difficult to put on and take off.When I requested a refund, they refused and tried to force me to accept their store credit instead. Their customer service is only available via email. They completely stopped responding when the issue was still unresolved. The store doesn’t have an address or a phone number, which is suspicious! Later on, I saw other reviews and comments online about the company controlling their online reviews. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Be cautious before ordering from them! - the products don’t look like their ads and marketing on social media, and their service is unreliable. I would not recommend them at all!

This started off from very poor delivery service from the delivery guy that simply called my mobile and because I didn’t answer my phone assumed I wouldn’t be home. I can’t thank reclaimit cyber enough and everyone who worked on my case.I was the victim of a devastating crypto/romance scam last year. I was beside myself, suicidal, and humiliated. I had lost everything and was now in debt.I came across reclaimit cyber online and was very hesitant to talk to anyone. But after a very pleasant conversation with Lauren I decided to put my trust in reclaimit cyber. It was reassuring that I wouldn’t have to pay anything if my case was unsuccessful, at least this way you know they will do everything they can.My case went all the way to the Ombudsman after being rejected by the bank and an investigator. The first provisional decision from the Ombudsman was contested by the bank and the figure dropped by 50%.I have received the news today that the second provisional decision has been upheld and I will receive 45% back plus 8% interest. I have no doubt if I had not used reclaimit cyber I would never recover any of the money I lost.They are professionals and know how to deal with the banks and Ombudsman.It took almost 12 months.I came on Trustpilot so many times during my case to read other reviews to give myself hope I too could be successful. I hope this review may provide someone else in a situation like mine some comfort that they are working with one of the best companies out there for victims of scams. Allereerst worden er contracten aangeboden met toestellen waarvan men in eerste instantie aangeeft dag er een langere levertermijn op zit. Ondertussen is er wel betaald voor het te leveren toestel.Vervolgens blijkt dat men het toestel behorende bij het contract niet kan uitleveren. Om aanspraak te maken op herroepingsrecht recht zijn er meerdere mails uitgestuurd waarop niet wordt gereageerd. Men acteert alleen na telefonisch contact. Vervolgens moet je zelf met de provider bellen om het afgesloten contract/ abonnement te cancelen. En dan is het wachten op je geld. De ene mail na de andere, het ene telefonisch contact. Afspraken binnen zoveel werkdagen worden niet nagekomen om vervolgens nog weer een keer te moeten bellen en het nog altijd na weken niet geregeld is. Voor de zoveelste keer wordt je afgescheept met de reactie ik zal voor u nogmaals een mail sturen meer kan ik niet voor u doen. (Deze wordt binnen 3 werkdagen in behandeling genomen) en zijn we inmiddels alweer meer dan een maand verder. Wat een waardeloze bedoeling en klantenservice.Echt een NO GO en al zeker geen aanrader dit bedrijf.

This has gone from bad to worse. I cancelled my reservation on line and received an on-line confirmation that the reservation had been cancelled. However, it is two weeks later and the hotel has still not received confirmation of the cancellation. I tried to call Guest Reservations and if you do not say you want to make a new reservation then you get get put onto Customer Service. I spent 1.5 hours in the afternoon on hold and they never answered at which point I gave up. I called again and said I wanted to make a new reservation and was immediately put through (!) After explaining the situation I was transferred back to Customer Service and back on hold. I did this twice but the last step is always being transferred back to being on hold despite promises that someone would help. I tried asking to be put through to a supervisor and was told I would be, but guess where I was transferred to: Customer Service again !!!!And just to rub salt in the wound I recently received an email responding to my initial review asking me to call - guess what? Yes, Customer Service - aaaaaargh!This is a terrible company to deal with - I strongly advise if you are reading this PLEASE do not use this company - always book directly with the hotel or with a site you are familiar with such as expedia, booking.com etc. My advice from experience is to avoid Guest Reservations if you want to preserve your sanity and the contents of your wallet.
