My iPhone 13 was delivered on the promised date. It was in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear, and the battery was at 87. This was a starter phone for my son, who was very happy with it. Ive shopped on Backmarket before to order a replacement for my Iphone 6, which stopped working. I ordered then the slightly updated Iphone 6 Plus. After an increased number of apps stopped working due to updates I made another purchase, this time an Iphone 11. A bit frustrating at first, since two of the keys did not respond, but that was remedied by a reset, or IOS upgrade, I forget which. But for the price of a usedrefurbished Iphone it was a good deal. I wont buy my next phone from anyone else!

Totally got baitandswitched on hereI ordered a Dell Precision 5540, with a trade in credit for a MacBook that amounted to 233When my order arrived, they shipped a Dell Precision 5530 with different specs. I contacted them and they offered a few solutions, including a refund a partial amount for the difference, which I accepted since I needed the computer as soon as possible. I sent the macbook in to get the credit. When they received it, they sent me a counter offer for 25, yes, 208 less than what theyd initially offered. The assessment matched what I had entered when I priced the trade in. So now, I have a different computer than what I ordered and no trade in credit. Definitely wont be doing business here again.

BE VERY AWARE. We received a phone that worked NO longer than 2.5 months. When we returned it to the seller under warranty, they tried claiming we removed the screen and that is why it was broken. 380 gone. I cant believe this company and these people would be so dishonest. I truly hope their karma comes back to them for being so dishonest and having such poor customer service. You are better off shopping on ANY other site that has a positive customer service reputation and buisness model that supports the customers.

My experience was mixed. Bought 2 items, Airpods Pro 2 and Ultra 2. One was great, Ultra 2, the other, Airpods Pro 2, not so much. The left airpod sounded like listening to something through water. The good news is that the airpods were still under warrantyApple Care. The bad news that as Im completing this survey nearly 2 weeks after my order, I still dont have Airpods Pro 2 as they are being repaired by Apple.
