Overall, its been a good experience. It handles my work tasks smoothly without any performance issuesHowever, since this is a refurbished product MacBook Pro Retina 16inch 2019 Core i9 32GB SSD 1000GB , there are a few things worth notingKeyboard Issues Some keys only started functioning properly after repeated use. It seems like they were sticky or unresponsive at first.Brightness Adjustment The automatic brightness adjustment doesnt seem to work well. It doesnt transition correctly from dark to bright environments or vice versa.Cosmetic Flaws There are visible scratches and signs of wear and tear. They dont affect performance, so I can overlook them, but worth mentioning for those who care about aesthetics.few quirks and cosmetic imperfections, but delivers good performance.

The price I paid for the device was comparable to what Id pay on eBay. I received my device in two days. The device had a couple smudges on the screen, but no cracks or visible damage.
