here is my review My S21 ultra looks and works well above my expectations and absolutely as you promised it would. It looks brand new . I am moving kind of slow with everything about the phone . I dont have E SIM yet I went out and bought the wrong protective case and glass My Bad I had my heart set on S23 and my head so , anyone need case and glass protector for the S23 Ultra . I have some Im not using ... Will update more Going out today to learn the camera .. I bought a phone and agreed to a trade in. I used their packaging and their shipping label to send the phone I was trading in. We dont have a UPS store in town, so I left it at a drop point. It was going less than an hour away. The next day it showed on the UPS tracking site, and it never moved from the next transit point. I contacted Back Street and after several weeks they declared it lost and they demanded a receipt from the drop box. I explained multiple times, it was a drop box, there was no reciept. I went back to the site where all they could provide was a screen shot showing the package in transit. The package shows on the UPS site, it didnt get there by itself. They finally agreed to submit the investigation. 2 months later they text me to see if theres anything further I need. I said I need a resolution and my money. They told me that I had not complied with their request, thats why they hadnt followed thru. Now theyre telling me that Im SOL because I didnt get a receipt. What kind of crap is that? Not everyone has access to a UPS store that provides receipts. Drop boxes do not provide receipts. It clearly shows In Transit on the UPS site. Since the shipping label originated with them, I cant request an investigation with UPS, so now theyve screwed me around for 3 months and cost me 71 because of their foolishness. I bought several phones from them, but I will not be doing business with them again.

I had a horrifying experience with this company. I had previously bought phones from them without issue, but when I tried to purchase a MacBook for my daughter, it arrived defective with the speakers not working. I sent it back for repair and waited two weeks. They claimed we hadnt disconnected it from iCloud, but we had. After receiving it back, we followed their instructions again and sent it back a second time. Unfortunately, they still claimed we hadnt disconnected it. In the end, they charged me back, and I lost the dispute. I highly recommend avoiding this place and buying directly from Apple instead!

Ive had my new iPhone 14 for about 3 weeks. I chose the top of the line options. Back market shipped it quickly and communicated well throughout the whole purchaseshipping process. The phone looks new and more importantly, functions like a new phone. I had no set up issues. The big plus is Ive already received the trade in money from my old phone.
