The whole process of getting my phone was smooth. Although Ive only had it for a week or two now, its working great and I feel like I kind of outdid the system of getting a new phone. I was going to settle for whatever I could find for about 200 at my local Metro Mobile, but I was, instead, able to get the Pixel 7 with all its bells and whistles great battery and camera, very water resistant and sturdy. I would buy from them again.

My first experience with BackMarket has been an absolute disaster. I was sent the wrong phone. I ordered an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S20 received the S20 FE Different color, model number, and locked to Verizon. Now its looking like its going to take 10 days minimum before I have a working device and Im just going to have NO phone until then. Ive also been advised to ship the phone back in far better packaging than what I received it in. It was sent to me in a padded envelope. I am instructed to be sure I send it back in a nice NEW sturdy box lined with packing material to ensure its safety. Oh and this is expected to be an expense that I pay for out of pocket. At least Amazon allows you to just drop off the item being returned and UPS handles the packaging of the item prior to shipping it back.So basically I will be LOSING money, and have to go without a phone for 1012 days in addition to just trusting that the seller will send me the correct phone, in working order. Otherwise I can sit around and wait for a full refund for up to 30 days. Of course this refund is only for the cost of the phone, not what its costing me to send it back. No coupon or discount code, no store credit option should I decide Id rather not purchase through the same seller that pulled a baitswitch on me, no expedited shipping offered to shorten the wait time Ill be experiencing due to THEIR mistake. Just Deal with it, these are your options and thats all you get. Your satisfaction is our priority! yeah, right. Its a shame, Id heard such great things about BackMarket and how I could buy with confidence because they looked out for their buyers. Yet here Im experiencing the exact opposite.Update I was just given a third option and that is if I want to avoid not having a phone, then I should purchase a new one, from them, and when it arrives I can then ship the incorrect one I was sent, back for a refund... Well yes that solves ALL my problems now doesnt it? How about you guys send me the phone I already paid for... and when it gets here, Ill send the one I never ordered, back.What? You cant? Because its a financial risk youd be taking and what if I didnt return it as agreed...? But I should blindly trust you and shell out a SECOND payment for the phone I ordered 10 days ago since you assure me this wont happen again? Hmmm let me think on that. Ill get back to you.

Its difficult to spend hundreds of dollars on something used and trust that it will be a good experience, but I would absolutely trust Back Market for refurbished electronics again. I bought a MacBook and it was in much better condition than they had it listed in my opinion. It arrived very quickly and was packaged more securely than the brand new laptop I purchased a few years ago. It works great and everything they said would be in the box was there. I wont be paying the brand new markup again.

Im going to start buying from back market more often. The Laptops are basically new and they work great. The only con to the laptops are the battery, if you dont use it much it lasts for a good week. Overall, I love my recent purchase and Im glad I made this purchase.

Easy to Order with multiple payment methods. Received product within about 4 days. Tracking information was a little iffy but ultimately the product arrived shortly after it was expected. I have bought or received over 6 devices from Back Market, ranging from cell phones, laptops, smart watches and earbuds. The quality is always as expected I usually buy excellent or premium quality. I even tried using another online company for a MacBook purchase and within 2 weeks it stopped charging and I had to return it and get one on Back Market that I have had no issues with.Also, on the site you can see honest reviews from customers to help you when making a decision. I dont think I need to buy another device new again, not when you can get second hand quality this good.

My first order was for a 14 2023 MackBook Pro, M3 chip, 8 core and 10 core GPU, 8GB RAM, 1,000GB storage. I ordered it in Excellent condition. It arrived three days earlier than estimated.
