I ordered the Google watch and it arrived early and set up quickly and has worked great. Nice upgrade from a 5 year old smartish Fossil. Looks brand new and holds a charge for longer than expected and charges in under an hour.

So, I purchased the Samsung Note 20 ultra black unlock version. I have brought my devices off the back backmarket for the last couple of years. Overall, customer service has been excellent. This purchase, however, was a little bit different. There were early hiccups with the shipping and receiving, and I could not talk directly to the seller. It took customer service on the back market about twentyfour hours to get back to me. Also anybody that knows the Samsung Note series, one of the main highlights, is there? S Pen when I was looking at the phone. It never communicated that there would not be the actual S Pen that came with the phone and that it would be just an A. Regular stylus. You may have apprehensions in buying a secondhand refurbished tech equipment. But it worth it. These guys do such a good job with the restoration that I cant point my finger to anything bad! Ive been using a MacBook Air for 6 months and a iPhone 15 pro for almost a month now. Will definitely recommend them to as many people as I can!

Bought a phone from them. Was suppose to be refurbished and in good condition. What I got was a phone that obviously had not been refurbished and had a bad battery. Sent it back immediately for a refund. Waited and waited for refund and finally did a charge back. Their refund finally arrived but for the wrong amount. They have not done a single thing right with my transaction. Maximum hassle and minimal customer service.

I have made 2 purchases from Back Market. An iPhone and a Dell latitude 7420 laptop. Both items were refurbished, and both have been reliable and a less expensive option than buying new. I did purchase the extra warranty with the laptop and its still cost me less than 50 of retail price for a new one. Finally, the service through Back Market is excellent. There responsive and timely when needed. I highly recommend!

Bought approx 7 older model iPhones over the years and they worked so so. The 2nd to last one, had an issue with the camera from the beginning and so I had to return to get it fixed. Came back and went back to not working less than a month later. Less than 6 months in battery and charging port issues. So, maybe a one off. So last phone, same issue camera focus broken. Battery had to be replaced 2 months in, touch screen stopped fully working, charging port was so bad had to get it fixed. Back market was not helpful and made it a nightmare. I will NEVER buy from this company ever again If there is even a slight issue with the phonethis company will make it difficult to get it fixed

First and last time that i tried to purchase a product from BackMarket! Yesterday i was searching for a cell phone and i found a great deal so i bought two of them. Today without any contact and reason they canceled both of my orders and issued a refund. I immediately did send a mail asking for reasons that they acted this way and their cheap reaction was that the seller did find out that both phones do not meet the requirements or something else so they canceled the deal. They also offered me a cheap 5 off on my next purchase. Very unprofessional attitude and i will never shop from BackMarket!!!

Ive sold a few devices to them before and they offer better trade in offers compared to a few other shops Ive been to. They only take a couple days to send the money and of course if theres any issues, they communicate really well. I ordered a laptop recently from them and it came in excellent condition. Although, I did order it in excellent condition. It came with a power adapter which is great, it was ready for setup and so far Ive had no issues with it. Works perfectly fine and I got a really good deal with the laptop I chose. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a more affordable option on devices.
