Everything came through as pictured the phone works great. It may be smarter than I am. I was a little bit frustrated trying to get in touch with customer service at Back market. I dont even remember what it was about but I finally got through to somebody because I found a number on a complaint board. That may be something to work on the person that answered the 800 number resolved my problem. I was very happy with the experience. Price is great products are great accurately depicted and describeddelivery was great but I had a question about my order that was not on their selection and I couldnt get an answer until I started to complain and noticed the toll free phone number on someone elses complaint , so human customer service contact might be something to work on. This is my second purchase from BackMarket roughly 900 each.purchase. The first was an iPad mini 6 purchased 3 years ago and this was an iPhone 15 pro. Both were bought in EXCELLENT like new condition with highest memory capacity available thus the higher cost. But still about 400 less than new retail or Apple Refurbished. I trust in their service and their vendors highly recommend them.
