I purchased a phone for my wife from GM Deals on Back Market website in January, in April the screen cracked in the seam where it folds and completely went out,it is a Z Flip phone! I sent it back to dealer, GM Deals, these scamers said the phone was intentionally opened so my warranty is voided! My wife is 59 why would she intentionally try to take the screen apart it came apart from her opening and closing the phone! Back Market let these scammers rip me off, out 300 dollars STAY A WAY FROM BACK MARKET AND GM DEALS!!!!!! Ive orderd several things from Back Market this is very disappointing!!!!! AFTER BACK MARKET RESPONSE ON THIS MATTER I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF BACK MARKET, TRY REEBELO INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I are in our seventies, and have never paid many hundreds of dollars for a flagship phone under contract with a major cell phone provider. Their business model of recycling electronic devices fits in with our frugal spending habit. We would consider Black Market for our next electronic device based on this experience.
