The watch was in great shape with only two very minor blemishes and had 100 battery health which I was pleased to see. My only gripe would be the old watch charger with the new watch. It was not able to charge the watch up enough to boot at first. Thankfully I had a newer type c charger from my previous watch. All in all it was very worth it and I will purchase more products in the future.

I love the concept of Back Market, affordable, refurbished tech with environmental benefits. Thats what drew me in. I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3 through the platform, and the process initially seemed smooth.But heres the issue my order was supposed to ship by April 29 and be delivered by April 30 or May 1. Its now May 1, and the order is still stuck in Preparing. No shipping update, no tracking number, and zero proactive communication.I contacted support through the platform, and while they promise a response within 24 business hours, I havent gotten any real update yet. For a site that sells through thirdparty vendors, Back Market needs to hold sellers more accountable when they miss their shipping windows and communicate better with customers when that happens.I still want to support what Back Market is trying to do, but right now, the experience has been frustrating and unclear.

the device arrived with no battery power 0 and after plugging in got to 1 and after setting up the device itself alerted me BATTERY NEEDS SERVICEto overlook that obvious issue and send this out for my 900 is simply negligent. i will never trust them again.now i have to undue an hour of setting it up, repack, take to ups....all for nothing, to only wait for 900 to get back to my bank . geez! for me to make this return means all the burden on me, hours of labour and days of waiting while they send me crap! a simple return is not enough to resolve this.

Needed a new phone but couldnt afford the ones tmobile was showing me. Got a really great refurbished unlocked one better than the one i had for a really great price. That would have been enough for me but then they offered me an equally great moneysaving plan and insurance. I have a better phone and im saving 60 a month from what i was paying! Add to that that every single part of everything went smoothly and was easy from picking a phone.. i got it in i think a couple of days... to getting it set up and my number transferred over, to selling back my old one and getting paid. It was all shockingly easy and seamless. Only thing I had any trouble with was figuring out how to leave them positive feedback. Theres a lot of ways to get help on the site for problems but no ways to say Thanks! Everything was great, easy, fast and saved me money!
