Bought a 2012 13 MacBook Pro cause the screen on mine broke and its very hard to find a new screen anywhere. The refurbished computer came in excellent conditions, so I ended up replacing the Ram and hard drive of the that computer with the ones from mine. Got a fresh new Mac now thanks to Back Market for only 200.

I purchased an iPhone 13 for way under market value. It came in the condition I asked for and everything was perfect. I am waiting on my Apple Watch to get to me and Im 100 certain its going to be the same thing I asked for in the best condition possible. Back market is amazing for refurbished tech. This is great company to do business with. I received my iPhone 13 Mini in excellent shape, transaction was quick and smooth. I was well informed with emails, tracking number, estimated delivery, how to set up new iPhone, how to package old iPhone and a postage paid label, ect.. Was pleased with the whole process. Anymore, most places you purchase online are a massive frustration but this place is great to do business with. If you need to contact the company, theres a portal that ask direct questions to get you to the right solution but always remember your order number so they help you more easily. This is our 4th upgrade with this company. Try it you wont be disappointed and theyre easy to work with because they care.

Without seeing the actual condition of what I was buying, I had my concerns. Their rating of the phone felt accurate. It appeared dirty in crevices, but thats nothing I cant fix! Overall the condition is as Back Market said. It works well too!

The chromebook should have been in Excellent condition as listed. Instead it should have been listed as poor, at best many scratches outside and inside, bubbles on the screen, and a battery that only lasted for an hour. It was a production to send back proving up with multiple pictures the issue only to get a refund that was less than the paid amount. Yes, by a little but still. What a sloppy organization. Never again.

I needed to upgrade my iPhone 7, but there is no way I can afford to jump up to the current iPhone, or even the past few iterations. But I discovered Back Market and took a look. I suspected correctly that Back Market knew they were competing with the likes of DeCluttr.In my opinion Back Market is as dependable and worthwhile as DeCluttr. The 2022 iPhone SE I bought at Back Market is essentially a new iPhone. Because I was also looking into switching from my standard Verizon service to a less expensive but still Verizon! carrier, Visible, Back Market had an offer from Visible that reduces my new Visible plan by five dollars each month for the next two years.I could not be happier with how Back Market has performed.

I bought 2 watches, one for my wife and one for myself. The watch I bought for my wife was rated as excellent and arrived as such. It does look and function like new. The watch that I purchased for myself was rated as fair and arrived in a nearly new condition. Aside from some light glue residue around the bezel it looks new as well. Battery holds up well on both watches. They were priced very well. With shipping April of 2025 I paid roughly 160 US for 2 Galaxy watch 5 watches. Shipping time was fast and the communication was wonderful. I hope I dont have to utilize the warranty, but Im sure if I do it will be a breeze as well.
