Ive shopped on Backmarket before to order a replacement for my Iphone 6, which stopped working. I ordered then the slightly updated Iphone 6 Plus. After an increased number of apps stopped working due to updates I made another purchase, this time an Iphone 11. A bit frustrating at first, since two of the keys did not respond, but that was remedied by a reset, or IOS upgrade, I forget which. But for the price of a usedrefurbished Iphone it was a good deal. I wont buy my next phone from anyone else!
