We have ordered several devices from BackMarket and they are all still working. The ones that arent still working were either broken or lost and we sent the broken ones in for trade to get other devices from BackMarket, we love this place! I would suggest getting the extended warranty for piece of mind.

Didnt know what to expect buying a used foldable device in fair condition. Glad I took a chance on the phone I really wanted. Delivery was quick and safe requiring a signature to receive. Minus 1 hairline crack on the outer screen that you barely can even see, this phone was in immaculate shape. Looked almost new. Works as it should. I havent put it down yet. Would buy from Back Market over and over again.
