Customer support do not answer simple questions

My experience with Tapjoy has mostly been positive. They have rewarded me when I've completed the task set. When they haven't a support ticket usually delivers the reward.On the most recent occasion though they did not process the reward. Which would be fine if they could provide a valid reason. I asked them why and was told I violated the terms of service. Before I could challenge that they close the ticket. So I have to raise a new ticket with a request to explain how? They won't explain how? This leads me to believe they are wrong because I have not done anything wrong according to their terms of service and FAQs. The only way to know what I did wrong is for them to tell me, which they should be able to and they will not. This sullys an otherwise positive experience of tapjoy.As you can see by the below response, they do nothing to actually address the points being made to them just relying on general statements which mean nothing. Below they claim the conditions of the advertiser were not met yet were presented with evidence that suggests otherwise.They then refer me back to the service review which again like the below reply is a simple refusal which doesn't tell you anything. Any other contact with them they never address the simple point being made. This is why dealing with them is frustrating.

Surprise, surprise. You pricks wasted my time and now claim I didn't finish the offer in time. I said you would pull this sh*t and look what you did. You pull this sh*t I am owed 27000 cash.You people are trash and very despicable. I have tried to be nice and work with you. But now you've just pissed me off. You can all go to hell.UPDATE:YOU KEEP SAYING ITS BEING INVESTIGATED THEN I GET THE SAME RESPONSE. "YOU NEED TO CREATE A NEW TICKET FROM THW OFFERWALL."BUT I CANT CREATE A NEE TICKET, THAT OPTION HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE APP.I HAVE BEEN ARGUINF WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR 3 WEEKS NOW. I WANT MY REWARDS WHICH TOTALS JUST A LITTLE OVER 27000 CASH. I UNDERSTAND YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE THAT UP, BUT TOO BAD. I COMPLETED THE APPROPRIATE OFFERS.YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON ALL FRONTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DISMAL, AND QUITE HORRENDOUS. ITS THE SAME AUTOMATED AND COPY/PASTE RESPONSES.

Situation unresolved

They were very quick with response and approval but the issue is still not resolved. I have progressed even further in the task and still no rewards since level 20.

A TOTAL SCAM

i was playing a game through a survey app. things were going well until they were not. i completed the first couple tasks and was rewarded the money for doing so. yes this is for actual money. once i got to the higher amounts it just stopped rewarding it. i reported it. took screen shots. supplied all required information and nothing. like literally nothing. no reply at all. none. i tried to rereport it but Renan at tapjoy helpshift just keeps closing my report saying it is being handled under another case number. you know the one no one is replying to. so yes tapjoy is a scam that will literally steal your money for work you did for them.

TapJoy is up to no good again

Once again the entire issue with TapJoy (otherwise known as Ironsource) has gone out of their way to cover up criminal intent to commit fraud. Something they have done previously and got themselves investigated. That is exactly what is about to happen again, but not just by the FTC, but the office of the Attorney General for the state of California. *Update* Notice how they absolutely avoid the issue of criminal behavior. The issue isn't the fact that the rewards weren't being paid out, but why. Their response highlights their attempt to sway you to believe that they did the right thing and paid out the rewards. What they don't want you to know is the level of criminal behavior by their customer service and the fact that if I hadn't been persistent, the rewards would never have been paid out. When Xander was reported to be the problem, he kept coming in and doing the same thing, just to cover up his criminal behavior. Notice how I keep utilizing the word criminal?? That's because the clear intent to refuse to send monies earned constitutes fraud as well as breach of contract. The fact that the rewards were eventually paid (exactly 47 days after the initial claim was made), does not negate the actions perpetrated by the party (TapJoy or Ironsource) from facing criminal charges. Doll it up anyway you want, the fact remains that if I hadn't been persistent, they would have stopped me from receiving the rewards and in doing so, committed a crime. Do not trust TapJoy (Ironsource).
